Very unprofessional people because they made reservations in my "Go Desert"Homestay Bhuj. before one month a go and today when I call them they tell me not coming so they make loss for me and even not reply my message in Booking.com app. If they are not coming at least cancel their booking as early so there were chance for me to get new booking. Very unprofessional way, not aspects like this.

Professional sales team , willing to sell anything and everything under the sun , but when it comes to support, they just pass around the responsibility saying lack of man power , Whenever it is faulty , they just wash their hands off it , eventually after months of running behind their entire team, calling them one by one , they turn up to do a half baked job , their manager calls them up saying why it's taking so long in one place , hence the support team personnel leave the job midway only to send another one next few weeks, whom has to go through all the history files and review the work and finish off what they started with. Truly lacking any emotions is their service head , whom if we call will notes down the issue every time as a new complaint. If a complaint is not resolved, then it should be made as pending , why is it that someone keep calling for months and months for a single issue . Truly fabulous is their PR team , they are willing to talk non stop for hours at a stretch but when it comes to actual work , they somehow get cold feet . Fabulous is their entire office space swanky with all high tech gizmo and gadgets , all this latest tech and they offer almost close to zero after sales support . People buy products from sellers with the belief that those who sell the product will stand by it and offer support throught the product life , but here it is interesting to find that not only is the service support lacking , the entire product life is reduced drastically thereby increasing costs to the end users .

Associating with Newton would have been our best decision in the recent past. Migrating from Azure to Newton was a big decision for us but Newton never disappointed. Especially during the COVID times their services were never disrupted. Strongly recommend Newton for it's hassle free and pocket friendly service.
