The place is great and peaceful with a rustic feeling. Good spread of breakfast and amenities. The response time for room service requests is amazing. The staff are extremely customer friendly. The location is relatively easy to access from the airport and also reasonable distance from attractions.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mrugavani Resort, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The resort's serene ambiance, surrounded by lush greenery, made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Everything about the place was thoughtfully designed, offering a seamless blend of comfort and nature. However, what truly stood out was the food--it was absolutely amazing! Every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and left us craving more. The service was equally commendable, with a special mention to Shushant, who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. His friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and prompt service added a personal touch that made our visit even more memorable. Overall, Mrugavani Resort offers a perfect combination of great food, excellent service, and a tranquil atmosphere, making it a destination I highly recommend and can't wait to visit again.

Must read: I advise everyone not to visit this resort because they are selling expired beverages, and when I asked, they simply said they had not seen them. As of today, May 16, 2025, and the beverage's expiration date was April 28, 2025, and when I asked for the manager, the staff said he was on leave, and they were not responding appropriately and were ignoring us. As soon as I said this, they checked and removed the expired bottles, and I have audio and video recordings. When I was leaving, they would not let me take the bottle outside, so I said I would file a complaint, and they began to argue.

We had gone for a team outing with colleagues and for the price you pay, it was fully worth. Very much quiet and calm place, pool is also decent and well maintained. Few things like indoor courts for badminton and volleyball could have been provided instead of an open space. Location perspective, it is right on the NH and very easy to commute with ORR.

Horrible place,food,ac in room was not working,bathroom not working, room service is horrible, old sofas, TV not working,staff is rude, dirty rooms,no wheelchair facility though asked for it,villa side pool was damn dirty, ACs are 20 years old, bakwaas food menu. Room service provided with food served cold.Breakfast buffet is also average. Hardly 4-5 average items. Never ever will visit this place again.

Management of this resort are cheating people by their hidden charges recently, we had a banquet party where in they have charged Rs. 20000/-, for serving two appetizers to guest that to for a small gathering ,where in the banquet food was provide by them itself. If they have told us we could have got 20 service staff with us for that much amount. Our banquet timing was from 11AM TO 5PM, till 12.30pm the arrangements were not commpleted and they have not given connection to the coolers and fans. There was no water in the coolers ,when we were asking them to finish the arrangements quickly they were least borthered and passing on the bucks after charging us heavely. We were embarassed in front of our guests. SHARADA the F&B person over there was rude and spoke to us as if she has given free food to us. They have charged us Rs.20000 towards NOVAX license fee they have not even given receipt nor payment proof but they have collected money from us. They have charged 1.70 Lakhs for banquet hall apart from food and they have not even given changing room.

It is a nice resort for starting but do not think of organising an event such as a wedding or ceremonies because the food and service is not so good. They are located in a quiet location just across the National park. I stayed there for 2 nights but the food was okayish.

Excellent ambience at such a close location...if u r looking for a place close to IT hub yet close to nature, this is a perfect place...we spent in lagoon cottages, which come with shared swimming pool...private pool for 5 cottages...loved it as we went in summer, and got to spend a lot of time in the pool...food is good, service is good...overall had a great time...congrats to the team for all the good work!
