Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel

I stayed here in December 2024 and had previously stayed at the Sheraton in Seattle, U.S on Feb 2025 during an office trip. The services, ambience, and overall quality are consistent across both locations. For instance, the toiletries provided were the same brand( their own brand) used in Seattle, which shows their commitment to maintaining a global standard of service. What stood out here in Sheraton Hyderabad, however, was the warm hospitality rooted in Indian culture. The welcome and the way guests are looked after truly reflect that. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.the breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options. I would especially like to appreciate Maria Ma'am for her attentiveness and for promptly addressing all my queries. Finally I really liked the stay in Sheraton:)

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hyderabad and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in quick and easy. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities you'd expect from a top-tier hotel. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping throughout my stay. The hotel's facilities--especially the gym and pool--were excellent and well-maintained. I also enjoyed in room dining, where the food was delicious and the service attentive. Overall, had a wonderful stay at Sheraton. Especially thanking Nikhil at the front desk, Neo at the morning breakfast service and the housekeeping staff for room#3017. Thank you so much for making my 7 days stay comfortable.Much appreciated

Disappointed by the Service - Not Expected from Sheraton Despite paying a premium price, the service at Sheraton Hyderabad was shockingly poor. It felt like we were being nudged to leave -- the air conditioning was mysteriously turned off multiple times, and the staff seemed indifferent to our discomfort. When you're charging exorbitantly for food and service, the least expected is respectful service and basic comfort. Sadly, both were missing. Hospitality is not just about luxury interiors and menu prices -- it's about how you treat your guests. Sheraton, please remember: we pay for both food and service. Very disappointing.

I have checked in on 25th April 2025 and checked out on / 27th April 2025. It was great experience Right from check in at front desk. Room was allotted on 6 th floors with nice view of financial district. Food at feast was very nice with very good spread at Break fast , lunch and Dinner. People like Soumili Dey and her colleagues are personally taking care of guests. Earlier i have been to Zega restaurent three times in 20days , food was delicious. The over all experience was nice , Thank you Sheraton staff for making my stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you.

The great ambience, good location, and fine service. I was there several times for lunch and dinner. But last one I didn't feel the actual Sheraton touch. It has the best people in the kitchen with great ears and listen to your taste buds clearly. Worth spending a quality time.

First time staying in Sheraton Hyderabad. The room is clean and cozy, the service is warm and welcome. The location is decent however the reason for 3 stars is the personal experience. For me, i dine alot using the room service option, i find the room service western options are rather limited compared to other 5stars hotel brand. The gym is rather "empty" with limited equipment. The weirdest is that any individual who needs to access the gym will be issued with 2 hotel access cards. The first time that i see this tech limitation in a branded hotel. They also do not have a different color code card that helps me differentiate which card is which. To be fair, this is definitely a very decent hotel for business traveller.

The hotel is right on the main road , stands tall and cannot be missed . The buffet is decent , nothing extra ordinary. The newer staff definitely require some training, we did have a staff pull out tables occupied chair while the person went to refill the plate and sit to discuss something on the next table without asking which was outright rude. The live music was good.

Very poor and disgusting experience. No one can expect such a poor experience in hotels like sheraton. I want to milk at my room for my child I have called and immediately I have been provided (My be it is chargeable so served fast.) I have complained for AC issue which control was not working. We were not able to slow down the AC due to control was faulty. I called 3 times for this issue but on 3 lrs time 1 person came a put paper on AC duct (Photo attached). My children were very uncomfortable and we also not able to sleep properly whole night. Please see the photo and think how they are providing solutions to the guest. I want to extend 1 day but due to such experience, I have switched to the other hotel and also decided never visit this next time. Also at the time of check in, they have given time of check in at 2:00pm but we have been provided room at 4:30pm...... Really disgusting
