Very disappointed with the service from Server Basket. Their team lacks proper communication and is extremely unresponsive. We have faced constant delays in receiving proof, and despite multiple follow-ups, there is no proper response. One of their salespersons has been particularly unhelpful and unprofessional. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable provider.

Great Sales Team and proactive support. Very good for Baremetal Server services we procured. The network team is a bit in-experiences (hence one star less); however once they got the correct guidance; the issue got resolved very quickly.

I must say that in all my shopping experiences for electronics especially computing hardware - ServerBasket has been an exceptionally pleasant experience. The sales and support teams are extremely responsive, knowledgable and helpful. It would be great if more folks could learn from ServerBasket teams on how to treat their customers. Truly an exceptional team and amazing experience.

Great, professional service by the server basket team. I needed to purchase a data base at the last minute and the entire team was extremely helpful in ensuring that all compliances were met with to ensure a smooth delivery. The team consists of extremely professional, well-mannered and knowledgable members who will always put the customer ahead of them.

Not recommended anyone, they didnt even know to communicate with customers and what actually i wanted. i have tried there services for the first time after completing 3 days trail, still not able to resolve a minor query. if you are read my review then dont take any services from SB, after seen too many reviews i think those all are paid.

Very much satisfied with Mr. Srikanth for the service provided and I am collaborating since 5 years with them on time response. I could definitely recommended his name for the SB requirements.
