Brilliant work done by Smart Event party store . Provides variety of different decoration themes. First time i called for decoration on my last year birthday. I liked the response & decoration was done on time. Special thanks the manager for his quick response & on time service commitment. Keep up the good work team. Highly recommended & surely will take there services in future also.

Store is good but pricing is higher side in comparison with same franchise at other location . As i visited 2 stores within Secunderabad and found this difference. Suggest you please enquire before going. Rest i feel you have good options to choose and plan for your celebrations.

Very high price and rude behaviour of the staff! We have purchased helium balloons for a party and as mentioned by the other users it's true that the balloons are sold at very high prices(not sure if there is any silver or gold coating!). After a week we had another party and thought to reuse the most of the balloons as there is at least 85 to 90% of air still in the balloons, also we dont want to spend so much again and went to the shop to get the air filled in the balloons. I would have appreciated if they don't do that service but the price they charged to fill helium in the balloons is not at all acceptable. They charged around 700 bucks after negotation for 6 to 7 balloons. I told him that to get that extra air filled for every balloon doesnt cost him much and should charge at a fair price. Trust me the person in the shop was very rude and told me it's upto me - take it or leave the place. As I didn't have enough time in the last minute, I had to take that with such a heavy price. Such a bad experience I say. They just want money money money and nothing else. I sincerely request the shop management to work on this or else it will ruin the reputation of the shop and also other branches.

This place might be a place with good collections but nobody wants to spend so much amount just for a party... For example... Helium allons which you get for 300 costs around 1000 here, which I think jss a not good spend. There are good shops with reasonable rate for every stuff we get here. I think it's jss not the best buy.

I would give 5 star rating and u get best party items at affordable price they have so many collections must visit and definitely u like most because they don't disappointe customer

Good receiving and reasonable prices,staff are so helpful.Huge collection,friendly prices.They have huge varieties which make us more delightful.Must visit to make your dear once happy.

I had visited it recently for party decors.I'm satisfied with the collection they provided and they are trendy for our parties.The best part of it is we get satisfied for the items,prices.Do check out for trendy decoration items.
