I had shared web hosting at first, and later, a domain from Fast Web Host for about 10 years. Never had a problem. Excellent support. Finally, when I moved on and took down my website, they helped close my account without any fuss. I highly recommend them.

Single Star also more for these people. They Don't have simple issue fixing knowledge, even they don't ready to give the solution they will simply blaming the developers, I have shifted to another service provider with low configuration compare to this web host. same website working fine now. Completely Frustrated with the service even PAID SSL ACTIVATION TAKING MORETHAN 24HOURS FOR ACTIVATION IF NOT ACTIVATED WE NEED TO REMIND THEM AGAIN TO ACTIVATE. SUPPORT TEAM IS NOT GOOD. DON'T TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM THEM.

Highly unprofessional. Since the server is down since last 4 days now. There is no one attending support on live chat Trouble Ticket or even Phone calls. Normally in such a case server provider would have made the server live using back up server. in this case they are absolutely not responding at all. Since one star is the lease I have to give one star but Fastwebhost is not even worthy of single star.

Sir, My Ticket Id #4238 is still pending which was raised on 25th April 2020 @ 9:10 PM. Still not resolved... Kindly do the needful to cancel my invoice and Refund my money.. My problem was: I have paid the full amount of Rs.470.82 requested by the system for Domain transfer. After a day, you asked for an additional amount of Rs.188.80. There is no response why I should pay the additional amount. This is like cheating. I received two invoices, with same invoice ID, one saying I have paid and another saying Unpaid... Why so much errors????

They are not responding from last 2 days and there server is totally of and website and emails are not opening. Call is also not working and chat support is off. Yesterday one person came to chat support for sometime and they said they don't know when server will be live. Please everyone transfer your domain and files from their server to other server.

Fastwebhost was a trusted provider till last year(2020) and we recommended it for many of our clients. The service and support was very good till that time. Last year ransomware hit their servers and they were unable to recover databases and many our our clients went in trouble. Never expected this from a responsible hosting provider.

I have to say that this is great service! I have been their client for several years. Their support is unbelievable! They reply very quickly and do everything possible to resolve your problem. Highly recommended!

They are not so fast as their name says. My website is down since morning and in the night at 8:00 PM they are asking me to raise a ticket. I don't know what kind of customer service is this. In the afternoon, i have explained everything to the support person Ashok who committed a callback however I have not received any call. At 8:00 PM, I have to follow up. Google should give an option of negative rating for such companies
