Hometouch Service Apartment

The house is big and airy but it's extremely noisy..there are constructions going on all around machine starts from 5 in the morning after that impossible to sleep. There is a dog downstairs which barks the entire day for no reason. Because of the construction work around its very dusty. Location is good. Service is okok. All together won't recommend as of now as it's unbearable noise for the whole day.

Warning!!! Beware, this is a fake property and doesn't exist at all. I booked this property (Hometouch Service Apartment, Hyderabad) through Makemytrip for three days (from 2nd November, 2023 to 5th November, 2023). On 2nd November, 2023 evening after reaching the spot and searched for a long time. But there was no trace of this property. As there was no cancellation option, I immediately mailed and lodged the complain to Makemytrip but still today there is no reply from them and they did not refund Rs. 4415/=. Makemytrip is a fraud company. Do not book anything from them.

The place is quite spacious and peaceful. But very poor service. They take a long time to respond. Bedsheets and towels seemed old and worn out. simple things like spoons and glasses were missing. No provision of oven. No provision of soaps and shampoos too... So be prepared while booking.

(Tourist, Leisure, Corporate and Business) than any other Serviced Apartment Hotel in the area.

I was visiting Hyderabad along with my family and made a prepaid reservation at this hotel and when I called them to get help with the address, they sent me to a different location, I finally made it to the correct address and they told me they have no availability although I had a guaranteed room prepaid via hotels.com. Very unprofessional hotel management staff, did not refund my hotel reservation until I engaged hotels.com to solve the matter. I was stranded in the middle of the night with no hotel in a foreign city and I wish this never happens to anybody else. Also I don't think they have also the services that they claim they do on the website, be vary of what is listed.

I enjoyed my stay, its really nice and clean , quiet a nice location, very convenient . As a working professional i could really count on them on my last minute booking . Its safe , awesome . The rooms are really really great . My first preference would be Home touch
