We recently stayed at ibis and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding level of service and hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to ensure my comfort. Check-in was seamless, and any requests I had were handled promptly and courteously., though I had some hiccups with the door card. One highlight of the stay was the breakfast. The selection was diverse and thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and options to suit every taste. The dining area was well-maintained, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive, making the morning experience genuinely enjoyable. The team consistently went the extra mile--whether it was offering helpful local tips, quickly addressing questions, or simply greeting guests with genuine warmth. Housekeeping maintained the room to a high standard throughout my stay, and every detail felt thoughtfully managed. It's rare to experience such consistently attentive and personalized service. Ibis sets a high bar for hospitality, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend it to others..

Specially mention to ms .Nandini at the front desk was fantastic! She was friendly, efficient, and made sure all our needs were met. Very accessible and accommodating for first time visitors to India. The restaurant is delicious and the rooms had every amenity needed for a pleasant stay. Outside of the hotel, there are many accessible restaurants and shops that were enjoyed by the group. Shopping and sight seeing consistently about an hour with traffic (that's really good!).

Located in the heart of the hitech city, easy access to metro and restaurants. I actually chose IBIS thinking that it'll be cleaner than other hotels and keeping their reputation in mind. Booked this even though it was costlier. But to my dismay, the hotel was old and was not maintained well. I notified the reception about the low standard of cleanliness and they came and cleaned the place promptly. However, being an old hotel, there is only so much the staff can do. I would have expected them to deep clean the place after each guest and it doesn't look like they have done a good job maintaining it. I'm not sure if I'll rebook this particular IBIS. I'll definitely check if it's a new or old building before booking anymore. That said, the breakfast buffet was very good. Especially live dosa and omelette which we were able to enjoy for 3 days

Wonderful Birthday Celebration at Ibis Hotel! We recently celebrated my daughter's birthday at Ibis Hotel, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, ensuring everything was perfectly arranged for the celebration. The event space was beautifully set up, creating a lovely and cheerful atmosphere. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes that both kids and adults enjoyed. The staff was attentive and made sure that every detail was taken care of, allowing us to enjoy the occasion without any stress. A special thank you to the Siva team for making my daughter's birthday so memorable. Their hospitality and service exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Ibis Hotel for anyone looking to host a special event!

All the services were excellent. Only one concern I faced is room size. I see it little bit small as compared to other hotels at the same price. Joginder Singh, the cleaning guy was very polite and responsive. Good staff at least for the cleaning.

The hotel maintains good standards of service however it's definitely not value for money. I would say you can easily get better stays for lower prices. Rooms are quite small for the price. Breakfast is average, house keeping has been good (thanks to Ramki for good work). It's located quite conveniently to the hi-tech city hub.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Ibis! The hospitality and service truly good. A special shoutout to --each one of them was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional.The food was another highlight of my stay--delicious, fresh, and well-presented.And need to mention the guy name Rokshar who made the room service to the next level
