ITC Kakatiya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad

From the moment we arrived at hotel, we knew we were in for a special experience. The level of service exceeded all my expectations. We were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff Ms. Mamta, who made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Not only did they accommodate my request for an early check-in, but they also graciously offered a late check-out, allowing me to enjoy my stay without feeling rushed. To our delight, we were upgraded to a higher-category room, which truly enhanced our experience. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful amenities. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered were courteous, professional, and eager to assist with anything we needed. It's rare to find a team so dedicated to ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for. Overall, our experience at ITC Kakatiya was exceptional. The combination of outstanding service, generous accommodations, and genuine hospitality made our visit truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and an elevated level of care. We will definitely be returning on our next trip!

This hotel name Kakatiya is my favourite kingdom name of warangal . U am very glad to stay here. as really good and overall had a great stay. I would highly recommend people to stay atleast a night and experience the hotel has to offer . Also the breakfast menu was very delicious.

The hotel is so good with the lobby decor and tithe Staff assistance given to every one. The hotel has wide variety of food to taste. Mostly The deccan Pavillion has more options to explore in food. This was recommended by sravani to have a try for the dinner

Great service overall! The rooms were comfy, cozy, and quite spacious. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely highly recommend staying here to anyone!

A Complete Disaster - ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad is Nowhere Near ITC Standards As an ITC Culinary Elite Member, I had high expectations from ITC Kakatiya, Hyderabad. Unfortunately, my stay turned out to be a complete disaster--one that I hope no other guest has to go through. I had booked a Junior Suite for my family, expecting a premium, well-maintained room. But the condition of the room was shocking. The plywood above the unit was broken, and the TV table was warped and uneven (see attached photos). For a suite in a 5-star property, this was completely unacceptable. Worse than the room was the lack of hospitality and communication. No one bothered to inform us about the facilities that were supposed to be included--not even the unlimited complimentary drinks, the 24-hour butler service, or the complimentary continental breakfast served directly to the room. I had to keep asking the staff repeatedly about what was included in our package. If I hadn't checked the amenities myself at the time of booking, we wouldn't have known anything. This is not hospitality--it's pure bare minimum service. To make matters worse, the reception staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming. There was no courtesy, no warmth, and certainly no recognition of loyal guests. I also noticed several other guests complaining during my two-night stay--clearly, this isn't an isolated case. What should have been a joyful family trip turned into a frustrating experience, all because of this hotel. Even if ITC offered me a free stay, I would never return to this property. If you're visiting Hyderabad, do yourself a favor and avoid ITC Kakatiya. Choose ITC Kohenur or any other reputed hotel. This place is a waste of time, money, and expectations. Totally disappointing. Strongly not recommended.

I came here for the lunch. The hotel looks so Royal and luxurious. The staff here are so warn calm and wlecomkng, guiding to all the places where ever needed and explaining all the cuisine.. The reception staff and lobby person are so comforting.
