Mercure Hyderabad KCP

We had a fantastic stay at the Mercure KCP. The staff is very helpful and always smiling. Rooms were clean and service was great. Our dining experience at the Terrace Bar was great. Good food and courteous staff .. would like to mention Niharika who was a great help and served us with a lot of love. Overall a fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Had a wonderful time staying at the property while on a personal trip. The team is extremely courteous and the food, the ambience and the entire setup is superb! The General Manager Mr. Amandeep met us at the lobby and helped us with some amazing food options in and around the area! Would definitely recommend!

The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a modern bathroom.The location was perfect--close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel's ambiance was calm and relaxing, making it a great escape after a long day of sightseeing. Manisha from the front desk was helpful while my stay and guided well on becoming a member with ALL ACCOR

Just wow from arrival to departure we had a great experience with hotel and their amazing staff, very well behaved and welcoming, we arrived early and they have extended the early check in with asking us to wait. Room with great lake view and breakfast spread was mouthwatering , all thanks to mercure team.
