Experience was good. Staff is young. No senior staff. Location is very good. They don't have restaurant.

I was skeptical about this hotel due to the mixed reviews. They turned out to be all true. |1. The staff really is rude. They don't pay heed to our requests|2. They bring breakfast from a small eatery opposite to the hotel and call it as complimentary breakfast. The taste just isn't good. |3. When asked to provide a shampoo, they said shower gel itself is a shampoo. ||But , otherwise, rooms are pretty clean and smell nice.

Booking this hotel was the worst decision! Admittedly, we booked the wrong room. Instead of a double bed room, we booked standard oak that comes with two single beds joined together. But the two single beds that were joined together were of different heights. When I brought this to their attention, they said, well that's what you booked. We asked them to shift us to another room, but they didn't. The bedding was poor quality! The bedsheet was so thin that I could clearly see the mattress. I might as well be sleeping directly on the mattress itself. The duvet had threads coming out from all angles. The room looked like a back alley room that costs around Rs200 a night. There was no electric kettle, no towels, the shower gel finished after our first bath. The room had no amenities. They had given us creaky beds with different heights and with poor bedding to sleep on. That's it! No one came for room service for the three days that were there. This place was a nightmare to live in. Let's talk about the staff- least interested in our problems. We had told them to change the bedding and they didn't!!!! Asked them to shift us to another room (we were ready to pay extra) and they didn't!!!! The man who sits at the reception is useless. Save your money and look for some place else.

Rooms are big, but not well maintained. The bathrooms are not neat. Some sort of urine smell always come from them. The main attractions are the location and the price they offer. If you are looking for just a nights sleep with less budget, then this is a good option.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 Nights (6 Nights in Standard room and 1 Night in Deluxe Room). The best thing is that the hotel is at the middle of he city, walk-able distance to bus stop & Metro station. Standard Room - Pros - A/C works good. - Beds are good. - Have TV. Cons - No proper room service, means they do not provide anything like soaps, Tea, Coffee, etc. Only Water bottle is provided that too after asking from reception. - Breakfast is Average. Only Upma provided most of the days. - Wash room door do not have lock. Deluxe Room Pros - Have big balcony Cons - Have refrigerator but never worked. - Shower had a problem. I would recommend to go for Deluxe. The best part is, there are good restaurants nearby this hotels.

Staff is good. Room is spacious and good. If you persists, you can get your room cleaned and problems are solved but yes gotta call them every 10 minutes before someone takes action. Manager assisted me in having extra table for my work laptops and hence I had my work station in place with good lighting. The small table at far end with no light is probably the only negative in my opinion. They helped orient my 2 beds to my needs. Appreciate much the comfortable stay and the in room restaurant service is very nice to have in case of emergencies.

Very bad experience. The only good factor was the room quality and location. Service is very bad and they would not provide necessary amenities. When we asked for towels, sugar packets, or even a spoon, they made lame excuses like they don't have any, due to rain or they are short in it. The staff behaves as if these are not their concern. The breakfast was the same for every day of our 4 days long stay. It is not worth the money. I had a good impression of Treebo hotels before staying here and I will never book one again.

Location is good, but don't expect great bedding or room quality. AC was working properly, room was clean. But I noticed a few cockroaches as well. Didn't bother me much, since it's a low budget room option. So otherwise it's perfect.
