Visitors Lounge by MMG - Banjara Hills Furnished Apt & Sharing Rooms, Hyderabad

The property itself is good, but the owner, Mr. Mohamed, is extremely rude and greedy. He charges different rates for each guest and sets unfair rules. For example, he told us about the 10 AM checkout time only on the last day and charged us an extra 500 per person. We thought it's by noon. The washroom door was poorly installed, and when it came off, he blamed us for breaking it and demanded that we pay for the damage, even though it was his responsibility to fix it beforehand. He also entered our room without knocking, claiming that it was his property and he could come in whenever he liked, which was incredibly inappropriate and disrespectful, what if I'm with family. Additionally, he took away the washing machine, accusing us of using it too often, even though we only used it once a week. If you decide to stay here, I strongly recommend not paying the full amount upfront--paying only half ensures he takes care of things properly. The cleaning service is poor too, with the maid only coming every three days, and if you're okay with cleaning the washroom and room daily, then this place might work for you. However, the owner's behavior is unacceptable. He even bragged that people fear him due to his temper. I chose not to confront him further only because I was with friends during a crucial time.

Good place for the price in the heart of the city. Shops/restaurants available nearby. Had all essentials kitchen appliances. Just don't leave the mosquito doors open in the evening as it may attract mosquitos.

Visitors lounge by MMG what do I say has become a second home for me. Is the place to be with your family with amazing service. Extremely clean and hygiene. The host and his family is very welcoming and hassle free. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to stay at Banjara hills

Stayed at visitors Lounge by MMG-Banjara Hills with my family for 4days during end of April 24. Our stay was pleasant and feels like a home away from home. Owner should fix a mirror in the common bath and a cuboard with mirror in one of bed room . Other than that property was comfortable and clean with all amenities in kitchen. Defintely it is worth for money and recommend for everyone who is looking for good stay in hyderabad. P K Arumugan, Coimbatore

Staying at visitors Lounge by MMG-Banjara Hills with my family was an absolute pleasant, feels like a home I highly recommend for everyone who is looking for good stay in hyderabad, Property was comfortable and clean, providing all amenities in kitchen. Owner is very good person and I like his immediate response.

Absolutely horrible place. Bathroom is dirty, water pressure was almost nil, no hanger for clothes, no towels given, there was wifi but no connectivity. Look at the mirror on the washbasin barely hanging at waist height. Moreover the owner is rude. Totally avoid this place. Many other better options are nearby

They have two properties, The one which we stayed was Paramount hills,far from major points, no proper restaurants, horrible roads which gives a bad impression on Hyderabad. I would never recommend this property for people looking for serenity,and beautiful ambience. The pent house too was not up to the mark, just passable!

Had a great experience. My family enjoyed the stay this places. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Approximately 10 people can adjust adjust without discomfort. Attached terrace was beautiful. Well maintained.
