Yesterday I purchased a blazzer and they billed the item to some other name inspite of requesting that I need bill in my name which I have overlooked and this was done intentionally as they failed to send the OTP in my number which is part of their billing process

We experienced that Sales staff Mr Mukram is very helpful to giving guidance in the selection of clothes. Also alteration tailor Mr Srinivas also cooperative. I've been to store, not knowing much about suits and not getting anywhere in other stores. Blackberry's store in Sharat city capital mall has given me a satisfactory response because it was Sai Kiran in the store who helped me explore comfortably with all his time.
