Smaaash Hyderabad

I visited Smaaash at Inorbit Mall with friends, and we had a good time overall. We bought a package that included food, and the games were fun! However, the service could use improvement. The staff was hard to find when we needed help, and at times we had to wait quite a while--especially for cricket, where I ended up waiting 15 minutes with a long queue behind me. This happened with other games too. On the food front, the starters were tasty, but there were limited options for vegetarians, with a heavier focus on non-veg. The place has potential but could benefit from more attentive staff.

Had the worst experience at this restaurant. The waiting period was excessively long, and when the food finally arrived, it was disappointing in taste and quality. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and used abusive language instead of addressing concerns professionally. A manager should ensure customer satisfaction, not make the experience worse. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food, decent service, or a respectful dining experience.

The venue features bowling and car driving games for those over 8 years old, as well as car and bike games. It is advisable to visit the place and recharge the card accordingly, as the game options are limited, and one may end up spending 1000-2000 on the same game. There is a dedicated kids' play area for those under 7 years old, with a 30-minute playtime and the option to leave the kids under supervision.

You have lot of games inside this. Generally on weekends wait-time for bowling is very high. You have buy a play card and recharge the prepaid card for playing any games. You have in house restaurant. Neon lights bowling is the vibe.

Visiting this place with family and friends regularly, the place is located in level 5 opposite to AB'S. Very big place with lot's of attractions which includes VR Cricket and Bowling Arena also , this place also have party space for birthday parties and corporate gatherings, the restaurant is also very nice with continental and Indian options.
