Summer Green Resort

The resort has good ambience, nice quiet and adventurous. The staff here are friendly and speak very friendly. Vicky Bisht had guided us well around the resort with ample of sports and activities covered. Thanks to Miss Grace and Vicky for making our day outing worth every penny.

We looked at the reviews and were quite suspicious about the cleanliness of the rooms, so we went to the resort..checked the room and then booked the staycation for 2 days. It was a wonderful experience, the check-in was smooth. They accept all kinds of online booking. They have parking space outside the resort. The restaurant give a good amount of food in a very realistic price. You can also order from Zomato from the summer green resort to utlize have zomato points or Sodexo. The food is actually very good. They don't add a lot of oil or spices which is very commendable and still the food is very very good. Service is great, you call them and they will come very soon for whatever your request is. Swimming pool is very clean. Get your Nylon cloths and you will get option to buy. They have indoor and outdoor games , well equipped and very big ground, lawns and space for your morning or evening walks or you have enjoy the nature sitting is lawns. They keep the resort very clean and green and beautiful . Great songs for rain dance. They have few birds and rabbit, very cute , it's an add on to the beauty of nature , the drucks and quails rome in the gardens and lawns which is very beautiful to hear their voice and see them. I s Would highly recommend this place for stay or for day outing. It's worth. Only the water bottle price I found is very hight, 50rs for a 25rs bottle which u personally didn't like as it's a need and shouldn't be charged more, atleast not double the MRP. Rooms are good. We stayed in Dulex room with a small garden view. They have mini fridge as well. Wi-Fi connectivity is good. The room is 3 star , so keeping 5 star expectations is incorrect. For a 3 star room is very good..Clean sheets and clean room, hot water available,smal table chair is also there. Kettle and tea coffee maker. Washroom is big and clean. If you are expecting for tissue rolls and heair dryer, bath tub probably ask them or choose villa or 5star. They have adventures activities as well with minimal charges. Highly recommend..

Pros: The Resort is good. Clam and cozy, Villas are great. Has kids play area, clean swimming pool. There are Many shops around. Easy access to public transport. Cons: The staff service is very poor. The Restaurant takes forever to bring the food, if we visit without reservation. House keeping is not appreciable.

I'm beyond frustrated with my experience at this so-called "3-star" resort. To start, the AC in my room didn't work - not once, not twice, but THREE times. I had to change rooms three separate times just to find one with a functional, albeit unbranded, AC. Each room I was given had outdated cooling systems that barely worked. To make matters worse, the washrooms were disgusting. The stench in the bathrooms was unbearable. It was clear they had not been properly cleaned or maintained in quite some time. I've stayed at many resorts, but this place is by far the most disappointing I've encountered. I don't know how they have the audacity to call themselves a 3-star resort when they can't even get basic amenities right. We had to leave one day early just because of their carelessness and lack of hygiene.

We had a wonderful time at Summer Green Resort! The experience was truly enjoyable, and everything was well-organized. A special thanks to Ms. Grace for her excellent assistance with our booking--she was helpful, professional, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Looking forward to visiting again!

According to me, all the services told to us were provided Swimming experience, indoor and outdoor games, and many other activities. Food and appetizers were good, buffet was worth it. Adventure department provided a great service and support. All the team members were helpful

Visited first time had great experience with the team and management was too good Only concern was the food all the items were good only few were not cooked well. Overall experience was good.

Excellent facilities... Vehicles are not allowed inside due to green initiatives. Only EVs of the resort run inside the resort. So, you need to park your vehicle outside, at your own risk. The reception is quite responsive to any of your queries/requirement. The rooms are well furnished. They provide only necessary toiletries. All in all, worth staying in the resort having a calm, serene atmosphere
