Vertex 33 West

I booked 3 BHK flat. The construction is very fast and of high quality. I can see the construction from my relative's balcony in Aparna cyberspace. The location is prime and lots of amenities like EV charging point with spacious car parking and private balconies. Looking forward to start living there soon

Booked flat here, project looks very nice in terms of open space and infra design. We are very happy to be part of Vertex 33 west project. I would like to add he was always available to provide any information including minute detail about this project without any hesitation. What I liked most is only two exclusive towers with low density. It make our task easy and gave us confidence to take the decision soon. Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value added to this project.

It's waste of investing in this organisation never trust this builder no proper response, no gratitude towards coustomers there are 3 Gravewards 2 sides of the project just fooling us this project it self on burial ground over crowded and they use the word low densit. They just want money after cancellation we need to follow up for months together so never never trust Mr.Hari Vp he is just telling us what ever you want you can do we will not return your money back he talks about rules. CRM I don't know why they hired such reckless persons never answer to calls worst builder worst management

The project is nothing but a pollution source for the neighbourhood. They forcefully use our road to move heavy vehicles. Work on construction the whole night, don't know why municipality is quiet on this. We face dust, noise pollution. They earlier caused damage to our property and had to evacuate our homes for more than a month. Parents have to fear for their children as heavy vehicle access our road. They earlier said to use the road for not more than month, now they are using for almost 6 months!! And no signs of stopping it. People/management with no ethics.

I would like to talk about 33 West in Nallagandla. It's the best apartment project in the vicinity. It offers luxury amenities which made us take a decision. The sales people were so responsive and helpful that it became easy for me to make the buying decision. Construction also is happening rapidly, and I am eager to see our home. Kudos to Vertex!

Disappointed with our decision to buy a flat in vertex. The management is completely unprofessional and worst i've encountered there is no professional in sales team and showing there attitude this kind of things are very hurtful the entire focus here is only money there are so many issues like traffic conjunction, graveward, pollution, train sound, they started the project in 2019 i don't known will they able to complete project in time false commitments there is no entrance into site to see our flat after investing so much amount please think 100times before you commit with worst builder and management is unprofessional and very rudely they simply say podium where as drive way in ground floor then what is the meaning of podium i don't known how the designed. Over crowded and they use the words. Low density how come i don't understand.More over evey time when i visit the site every time Manager change's till date i can see 6 new. Faces of manager's this shows organization is unprofessional. I have many things to say............ But it will take days of. Story don't trust this builder.

I recently booked flat in 33 west I am very happy to share. My experience that sales guys are very polite and informative well planned than expected and majorly focused on future and thought full well designed with podium concept it makes family's very comfortable what I took decision is perfect i suggest this project

This project has been a nightmare for us. More than the builders the ineffective government bureaucracy and policies have to be blamed. We endured many difficulties thanks to this project. I hope atleast they stop using our dead end road to access their site with heavy vehicles. They said the will use it only for 2 months. Still into 3rd month there is no stopping them. We stopped our kids fro playing near our premises fearing these heavy vehicles. Pouring the concrete is spreading the fine concrete dust on to our apartments. They undertake construction activities even at night. Government is sleeping. We are just here to pay taxes and can't expect any quality life owing to these idiots at the helm of things. [New response to vertex team] We have communicated multiple times to your team requesting not to use our road.They have turned a blind eye towards it. Day and night you run heavy vehicles. Kids once used to access both apartments without any fear and used to play on the dead end road. Forget about playing on the road, these vehicles( along with the concrete dust ) have stopped us from even allowing the kids to go out and play in apartment premises. We also requested not to take up construction activities at night. With such loud irritating noise we can't even have a peaceful sleep. Our kids are having frequency breathing issue because of concrete dust you generate.
