I do NOT Recommend using flypaper. Long story short, I was recommended by a person that USED to work there. It took forever (3) months for them to get my website up and running properly . Took just as long to get my Google business page straightened out due to them not having things like verification done. Bet yet I was still paying full price as if ads were running. Months of this went by, I decided to pull the plug. But they didn't want that. I was called and told if I put more money into it the ads WILL perform. THAT was a lie. It got worse. My ads weren't improving, my business was failing due to me not doing marketing ON MY OWN BECAUSE I was paying another company that was supposed to be looking out for me and my business's best interest.. Multiple occasions 6-10 times I tried to get them to pull the plug, everyone always kept telling me everything's going to get better it hasn't had enough time etc. I told them numerous times that I wanted to pull the plug and they just wouldn't do it so I emptied the bank account that the card was being charged to. And they kept charging it until they decided to pull the plug finally. Now I have voicemails of them threatening to take me to court with their attorneys, but I also have emails from someone that actually works at fly paper telling me that they're so sorry for what has happened and that I shouldn't worry too much about the balance that flypaper ran the bill up on. Over the course of six to seven months I figured out that this company has signed the death certificate to my business, I was very successful,reputable, and saw no end in sight whenever I signed the contract with them. I was hungry for more, I wanted more leads, as we all want I wanted more money so in my attempt to grow my business using this company I slowly watched every dollar I had saved go away. I failed myself and my family by neglecting doing my own marketing and hiring this company. I lost a lot of assets and had to get a maintenance job to be able to feed my family because this company completely ran my business into the dirt. Throughout the process from start to finish with this company I had multiple contacts including people that didn't hardly know what the hell they were even talking about and had to put me on hold to call someone else to answer questions that I had etc. I really had high hopes for this company and put all of my faith and trust in them to help my business grow to full potential and that didn't happen .. Again don't get me wrong, they brought me some leads and they brought me printed off pieces of paper with numbers on them. Every lead that I got was people looking for the cheapest guy on the Block. All of those numbers don't mean a thing unless there's money being made.. and I kept track of every lead that I've got to visit and every lead that I did estimates for And I did not make $500 from this company throughout the entire time I used them .. sad story. Whatever keyboard Warrior they hire to get on here and fight bad reviews is going to come on here and Say what they have to say but nothing is going to change my mind or this Review.. This company completely failed me, my family and our way of life. I trusted them and had full faith that we would improve and succeed together. Do something better with your business. I'm having to start completely over and we ALL know how difficult that is with no money. God bless.

If you are a small business in Chattanooga Tennessee, do not use this company. Incompetent is a nice way to put it. They will literally steal your money and lie to you. They will not run adds and will tell you they ran thousands of ads. They literally let my google business account shut down and didn't even realize it till a month later when I called. A month went by. I called back. They still had not even set it up yet. Scam.

Alas, my empathy led us to a second meeting, this time with an older lady who claimed to be in charge but seemed more like a questionable romantic entanglement. Their promises of an original website, content creation, and SEO strategies lured my husband in. Despite the steep 30% maintenance fee, the allure of guaranteed Google success was too compelling to resist. Little did we know that beneath the surface lay a labyrinth of deceit. Between Halloween and Thanksgiving, I watched as this odd duo indulged in a passionate makeout session in our parking lot after we signed the paperwork. A troubling prelude to the catastrophe that awaited us. Fast forward to the days leading to New Year's, and the truth unraveled like a poorly spun web. Not only were they managing competitors' sites, but the "original" content turned out to be a shameless copy-paste job orchestrated by an AI. The custom photos promised were replaced by generic stock images. The once-enticing guarantee of a risk-free first 90 days morphed into a cruel joke. They allowed cancellation but claimed ownership of the site, leaving my husband bereft of both refund and domain. Hidden fees surfaced, undisclosed and unexplained, draining any possibility of reimbursement. Our supposed safety net turned out to be a tangled mess. Now burdened not just with a shoddy website but also the financial fallout, my husband's trust in Flypaper has proven to be a costly mistake. Let my account serve as a stark warning - beware the alluring trap that is Flypaper Digital Marketing. It ensnares not just businesses but the trust and resources of those who dare to believe in its false promises.
