Cumberland Connect

CEMC WIFI: I would suggest adding a disclaimer saying "payment arrangements are still subject to suspension" instead of allowing people to schedule payments, sending confirmation emails of those payments and STILL suspending the account. Then requiring a $25 reconnect fee. First time using the service. 2 months in. Already canceling.

I know that today there are numerous choices a person can make for Internet service. I've had a few of them. Each had their downside. I cannot speak highly enough about Cumberland connect. I am extremely satisfied with all of their staff from the admin team, to technicians that bring optic fiber to home and then the technician who completes the in home install. Their customer service is top notch! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Not only did the WiFi work, but we quickly connected several devices and the technician wanted to make sure we had no issues. Flat fee. No extra charges. Flawless support!

Was late once due to a death in the family and they would NOT remove as a 1 time courtesy even tho I have never been late before! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Was going to get my internet thru them but now they can go pound salt! Will NEVER recommend them the anyone! I bet if the hurricane Helene hit here in Clarksville they would not be forgiving to anyone!

Bryant (if I'm spelling that right) helped me with my internet install today and he was great. He arrived quick, only 20 minutes into my "service window" and got the job done super fast too all while being super friendly.

Flew into Nashville to help best bud set up his house with fiber internet and we were able to get the technician, Harlee. She was fast and efficient and had to work around a difficult crawl space. She was extremely helpful! Great customer service and I would recommend them to all my friends and family!

Monday evening, after the recent snow storm- we noticed a slower speed for downloads and a not as sharp picture while streaming a football game. We woke up Tuesday to no internet. I called the technical support number and a very nice gentleman walked me through a simple reboot to see if that would clear the issue. However, the problem was not fixed by this effort. The representative said he would need to call me back after he checked the availability of service technicians in the area. I had little hope at this point of getting internet back the same day, due to the weather and road conditions- but the Cumberland Connect tech I had spoken to earlier called right back and said they had a technician on their way to find out what the problem was for us. Within an hour or so, two very nice men were on our door step with their coveralls and boots on in the 5-6 inches of snow that we had just gotten the day before. Thankfully, within 10 minutes they came back to the front door and had discovered a very minor issue and corrected- we had internet back up and running again! I feel very confident had we still had Spectrum or AT&T, we would have not had someone at our door and problem fixed within 2 hours! Cumberland Connect has been great for the year we have had it. We signed up as soon as it was available in our area! We have hard wired TVs and WiFi to multiple devices and security cameras and do not have any issue with buffering with 18+ devices connected. Overall- customer service, excellent speeds, price, and technical support all being more than we could ask for- Cumberland Connect is easily hands down the best!!!

Mara came and installed the Cumberland Connect to an airbnb that we manage in Cross Plains. She was very professional, worked quickly, let me know everything she was doing. Very helpful and thorough. Great job Mara! Nice meeting you!

Cumberland Connect is my favorite internet provider that I have ever had. I recommend them to anyone who can get it! The service is extremely reliable and for a great price. The technical support representatives are local, knowledgeable, and very kind/ helpful! I have zero complaints.
