The man driving the truck in the pictures provided below has zero remorse for how he drives and OBVIOUSLY has ZERO knowledge on how to operate such a large vehicle. While traveling on the I-275 this morning, around 8:08am, I was in the left lane alongside this truck, when it suddenly veered into my lane, almost immediately squishing my car (along with myself, my sister, and my cat) against the guardrail. When I got next to the truck and had some words for the driver, they flipped me off. This is absolutely unacceptable and not the type of people you should have working for you. Do something about this.

I have not had the pleasure of using you all yet but I am from Cookeville Tennessee and you have a young lady that works not far from you all at her fathers pizzeria called big Tony's pizzeria and I frequent there and have talked with her plenty of times her name is stormy and she works for you all in your customer service department and I just want to say you all have an employee who represents your company amazingly even out side of work. Some times I go there to eat and she will be getting off work at averitt wearing her averitt shirt and she is just a bundle of joy. Well last night they were on the news because they always do amazing things and give back and there she was wearing her averitt shirt and I just thought you all should know that she represents your business proudly. You all have some amazing employees and I wanted you all to know that!

Don't know how you keep operating with drivers like this. He got impatient today 4/18/24 during a back up on i65 in TN and proceed to go around me and drive on the shoulder to bypass trucks. Very unsafe and unprofessional.

Working for Averitt Express for 21+ years, I've had a very pleasurable experience with the company. The company as a whole has surpassed the other companies that I've been employed with in the past. I knew from day one, that I'd found a home with Averitt. Looking forward to many more successful years with Averitt.

Best driving job I've ever had! Worked out of the AVL service center for close to 7 1/2 years and wish I'd never left. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great LTL or regional driving job to give them a try.

There is a young lady that works here named Hannah Holland. I've never met her but she was the one that took my phone call for a load I had brokered through you all recently. She was an absolute joy to deal with on the phone. I have no clue what her pay is but it is not enough. She needs a raise immediately. She was patient and kind and went out of her way to help me. If I wasn't already married, I would ask her to marry me. She has A+ customer service skills that are sorely lacking in the corporate world these days. She is a rare breed indeed.
