Digital Dream Forge

I was curious about them. Especially with the conflicting reviews. I interviewed with a man on zoom. I thought it was odd when he had his background blurred. I figured okay he's working from home. But then I remembered that there supposed to be a building. Before my interview to wfh. Mind you I'm in east tn. The building was a courthouse and across the street was an art building. I even called the number associated with the company and it sounds like the man that interviewed me answered the phone. I was listening for people or anything that sounds like a business. Idk. Have anybody actually been inside the building? On the website it said that ddf is primarily in tn. With some research; apprently there is another one in Arkansas

Seems like a scam.. weird interview process like the other post said if you look into the address it shows a Court house...

I'm only reviewing bad bc everyone else is didn't work here never even heard of it before today. But if the reviews are true wouldn't want to work here. 1 star just bc

What others say is true: a number of the other 5-star reviews are employees of the company falsely advertising to try to up the ratings. This is not somewhere an employee wants to work with poor, sketchy management and underhanded tactics when dealing with clients.

Some of the clients you may work with are excellent, but DDF itself is extremely unpleasant to work for. I would not recommend this as a career choice for anyone.

Not a good place to work. They make all their new employees write good reviews for them so that they can try to bury the bad reviews, but as you can see they're not really doing a very good job of it because even with all the new reviews they still only have a 3.5. This place is a scam.

I really enjoyed working at Digital Dream Forge. The team members went out of their way to make sure that everyone understood how to perform job duties. Management had an open door policy which was great! I felt comfortable knowing that if I had an issue there was someone available to speak with. The work atmosphere is hard to top, due to everyone's helping nature and drive to be the best. Social events such as the chili cook off and employee breakfasts set Digital Dream Forge apart from other employers that I have worked for. If I ever move back to Arizona, Digital Dream Forge will be my first contact.

Best career change decision I made. Been much happier and given more opportunities to prove my worth in the past 4 years at DDF than the entire 10 years I spent at my first job.
