Repair Ninja

Needed a laptop review. Phoned to find out the process, person represented the company answered and told me to come in and they can order the part and call me when in to bring in my laptop for the repair, but when I arrived, person was not present, and found out from another person the phone guy lied and wasted my time, they dont even fix this particular part. Also concerning that the company goes by at least 4 different names. Beware... Go to a real pc repair place, dont waste your time, this place is likely a front for something silly

These guys fixed me right up!! I dropped my Galaxy tab 4 and broke the screen. It worked fine, but I bought a digitizer from Amazon and gave it to someone that has no idea what they were doing, to install. Needless to say, he didn't do it right and I thought my tablet was gone for good. But, I took it to Repair Ninja, and they fixed it perfectly, reasonably, and quickly!! They come highly recommended by me!!

Called and got a quote on an iPhone screen repair. Dropped it off after 1500hrs and it was explain to me that it would be the next day before I could pick it up since they closed in a few hours. Thats more than understandable to me. Things like this take time and I wouldn't want them to rush it anyways. It was ready to be picked up the minute they opened. Price was what I was told it would be. Perfect and smooth transaction!

I had a great experience here. The "ninja" was super fast and did a great job! The prices are very reasonable considering I paid 50 dollars more when I had my screen repaired in Nashville! And, for no extra cost, he fixed my "home" button that the previous place had messed up! I really hope I don't have to visit the Ninja again soon, but if I find myself with spider glass again I will definitely go back to him!!

We had an urgent computer crash and thought our Toshiba unit might be a loss. Repair Ninja kindly took into account our overseas travel and repaired the computer in one afternoon! Fabulous, kind service at a very reasonable cost. We definitely will come again and recommend this business to others!

I love these guys! They have helped me so many times for our laptops! They are absolutely wonderful! They are affordable and fast to take care of the problems. They are highly recommended! I'd give them more stars if I could!

I've used The Laptop Geeks twice now. Once for a new battery and charger for my laptop, and then for a new motherboard and power supply for my desktop computer. I've been very satisfied both times and will definitely use again in the future. I have piece of mind using The Laptop Geeks. It's almost like finding a good car mechanic shop that you know is trustworthy. Seems rare these days.

My Dell Desktop was seriously hampered by a very very difficult virus to eradicate. Jason worked on it tirelessly until he got it working again. I am very grateful for Repair Ninja. This is the third repair (different equipment) they have done for me & I recommend them to anyone who needs repair or an upgrade. They are fair and reasonable.
