Ignite Broadband

We recently made the switch to Ignite Broadband, and I can't say enough good things about the service--or the team behind it. From start to finish, the experience has been outstanding. Our home presented some unique challenges when it came to determining the best coverage and plan, but Elizabeth Kuhns and George Benjamin went above and beyond to make it work. They didn't just get us up and running--they made sure we were 100% comfortable, informed, and happy with the solution. The level of service, professionalism, and genuine care they showed was unlike anything we've experienced with a provider before. We went from having to juggle two different networks just to stay connected... to one seamless, reliable network that has completely changed how we work and live at home. And the great experience didn't stop there--Ignite also installed service at our Downtown Main office, and it has been head and shoulders above what we had prior. Fast, dependable, and local. What more could you ask for? Huge thanks to the entire Ignite team. It's rare to find a company that delivers on both product and people. We're incredibly glad we made the switch.

Fantastic service and local local local! I've had Ignite Broadband since October 2024 and everything has been extremely smooth. They are very accessible and kept me and my family up-to-date when zone openings were available in our areas. I'm thankful that this area now has such an amazing option other than Comcast! Everyone I've talked to in their office has been extremely helpful and patient especially towards a lot of my older friends and family that don't exactly speak tech. -Eric W

We were so excited when IGNITE announced service was coming. We immediately signed up for not only our home but our business. Ignite assured us that the service would be more than enough to run all our equipment and it has been. Our home was first and we love it. No lag in connections on streaming anymore. Then we were approached for business service and within 2 weeks they had the line ready and it has been seamless. We have not lost connection as we would previously. The customer service that we have experienced is top notch superior service. Which these days is so hard to find. They have definitely gone above and beyond our expectations and we definitely appreciate having a LOCAL business take care of us.

I joined the Ignite page and was kept informed of it's arrival in my area. When Ignite arrived, I signed up and was told 3-6 weeks and it was installed within that time period. The Outside installers talked with my husband and gave us great information concerning the new fiber optic cable and when we could expect the inside installers. I was contacted by Ignite, set a convenient time for me for the inside installers to come to my home, the young man was polite, careful with my floors and furniture as he installed the Ignite connection. He was at my home approximately 2 hours but so informative (my husband had a lot of questions) and left my home clean after installation. Polite, informative, and respectful staff at every contact with Ignite. I love my Ignite internet- wifi. The speed I chose is perfect for me. What I like most of all is the price and my bill is exactly what was promised it would be with no hidden charges. No contract, great speed, no problems so far and a great connection/installation experience. Yes I do recommend Ignite. I also love that I can support local a business.

We built a new home and had no access to internet except a satellite experience which was very poor. This was frustrating as our neighbors and surrounding community had a major cable company's service. We were told we could put up a pole for 5,000 and they would be happy to provide service. Later we were able to get a home internet modem with another provider. The service was not consistent and we could not stream reliably. We looked forward to the opportunity to get Ignite in our area. The time came and we applied. We were contacted with the information to install our lines, then a representative made an appointment with us to install our modem. We are thrilled with the reliability and speed of Ignite. Our bill is delivered electronically and is exactly what we were quoted. Thank you Ignite!

It was a great experience watching the Ignite team do their job watching all the steps it took to get broadband to our house. As we would see them on the roads working, we would stop and ask them when they were getting to our house knowing they were just one of the steps in the process they were always polite and tried o answer the questions. We are very happy with all the service and help we have received. Thank you all.

Wow!!! What a long time in the making that we now have broadband service in Cumberland Furnace!!! What an easy process it was. From the construction crew running lines to the last step of installing the router. The guys i talk to was always polite, helpful and so nice! Ignite has brought much needed services for many in rural areas. In such a fast paced high tech society we are in, technology has come so far, and met many needs for many.
