I have worked with JLB and team on two complete website overhauls. I cannot imagine working with a better team. They are knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and creative. I could not have been pleased with their results more and will use them anytime I have the chance to do so.

I'm adding to my earlier review to give props to their customer support team. While we're able to make updates pretty easily ourselves, when we hit a wall Zach and the support team are on it quickly and not only fixed it, but explained the issue for next time. Our small church needed a new website that reflected our historic character and our caring fellowship. JLB's design, together with our photos and videos, captured "us" perfectly as you can see at www.trinityfranklin.org . Having a small group of volunteers work with a large firm could have been intimidating, but our Project Manager Andy really made the interface seamless by translating our "lay" input effectively to the design team.

The JLB web design team went above and beyond our expectations on our project. They communicate at an exceptional level, they were done within budget and on time. Shout out to Rob and his team for the great job they did for us.
