My laptop stopped booting, and Jeff looked it over and tested the hardware for me. Unfortunately, it has reached end of life, and it's now confirmed by two professional sources; time for a new one. I enjoyed chatting with Jeff a little bit when I picked up my computer; he's very passionate about his work, with a genuine affinity for engineering and computer technology. He knows his stuff, your computer is in good hands, and he'll help you get your computer problems figured out.
