He took an extensive amount of time to show me how to update my site as needed. Because of the nature of my business, having a video friendly site is key. John did a great job of incorporating my needs into a user-friendly format. The software, the design, all of it. My new site looks FANTASTIC. I could not be more pleased with the finished product.
