EMILY!!!! Wish I could give her 100 stars!!! Emily was great on the phone! She assisted me with this new app that was given to us for BBB reviews. Emily walked me thru every step without any hesitation or trying to get me off the phone. If she was in front of me, I would have hugged her!! Emily made it easy for my reps to have access to both companies so that we can send the review link to our customers!!! I usually hate being on hold, but with Emily I had no problem - we got along great. Emily is an asset to The Review Solution Company! The world needs more Emiliy's!!!!!! Emily you ROCK!!!!

I am pleased with the platform that BBB has to optimize our business. I only wish our conversion rate for surveys sent to client families was greater than it is currently. We are trying a different strategy and approach when sending out surveys. in order to increase our conversion rate. We will monitor and hope things change.

I had been attacked online severely and my personal life and profession were suffering greatly. I shut all my social media down to try to minimize any future damage. This further hurt my business. I found out about Reputation Advocate from a friend. I didn't really know what to expect, but I took a meeting with them. After about 3 minutes, I knew these people were at a whole different level of greatness than anyone I had ever come across. I'm pretty computer savvy (did I.T. for years), but they were special. They solved problems in my first meeting with them that I had spent months trying to remove from the web. I hired them hoping they were as good as they seemed. They were even better than they seemed! Erin, who managed my project, was awesome, timely, understanding, and still got what she needed from me. She stayed in touch with me, provided frequent reports, and treated me like my project was special. The computer geniuses behind the scenes did things I can't even begin to explain. Last week I got a report of all that had been created, written, published, etc. and I was completely shocked. I had no idea how much they had done for me. I'll be going back to them for more help along the way. But, I can't say enough about how much value and attention I received for the money I spent! If I had it all to do over, I would hire them again in a second. I just wish I had found them sooner.
