I recently visited Americas Homeplace in Johnson City, TN, and was thoroughly impressed by the team's exceptional service. The staff, including Jesse and Caitlyn, demonstrated remarkable knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for their work, consistently going above and beyond to answer my questions. The warm welcome and dedication to excellence exhibited by the team create a sense of belonging from the moment you arrive. Gerry was also outstanding, as he provided invaluable guidance and encouragement throughout the process. In my opinion, this team is the finest home builders around, beyond knowledgeable and truly passionate about what they are doing.

Our America's Home Place experience has been nothing short of a blessing. From the moment we stepped foot in the model home and began speaking with the amazing people at AHP, we knew that the Lord had placed us with them. Caitlin was exceptional in helping us pick out everything for our home, answering questions, making phone calls, and going above and beyond to ensure that we were 100% satisfied. I am a recent widow retiring to Jonesborough Tn. I came here not knowing anyone or the area. I spoke with Michaela on that first day and here we are, house designed and ready to begin construction. The entire staff has walked this journey with me and guided me at every turn. Caitlyn's warm welcome either on the phone or coming into the office is always delightful. Michaela has held my hand through every step of the process. She is kind and genuine. She is extremely talented and detailed in her work. Nothing gets by her. Joe has been kind and caring , teaching me along the way. He has helped me understand what makes sense and what doesn't! Sandy, who has been in the background for the early stages of this process came in with suggestions and brilliant recommendations. I have been treated with respect and compassion. I feel like I have gained a family and look forward to continuing our work together throughout this build.

America's Home Place has been great to work with. Our Project Manager, Jesse Johnson, consistently calls to provide updates, give suggestions and explain next steps. Caitlin Morgan and Ryan Shumate did a great job helping us through the planning phase. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great home building experience. I can't wait to see our home finished soon! We are well on our way!

My best friend is moving from Northern Virginia to Jonesborough Tenn. She has sold her home, bought a piece of land, and is having a home built by America's Home Place all by herself since her husband passed away last year. I could not be more excited and grateful for this company's attention to details, professionalism and kindness towards my friend and helping her build her forever home. Makayla, Caitlyn, Sandy and Joe have welcomed her with open arms assisting her with the process. They truly know their stuff when it comes to building homes and they lead the way through the process. Cannot recommend them enough.

They have been so supportive and willing to do whatever they can do make our dream come true! They genuinely care for you and want to build your forever home not just a house. We are very thankful!

Brian Tapp and Michaela Garrett are both very pleasant and friendly. We spent time with them afternoon working on a house plan. They were both very patient, knowledgeable and able to answer every question we had. They made suggestions for the plans that we hadn't thought of, that improved on our original thoughts. We are super excited to continue on this journey with them to get our house built.
