The Sanctuary Co.

The apartment was extremely clean and as described. We had everything we needed. Check in was easy and parking was available. There is a train that passed by a couple of times during the night that was quite loud. Also, the bed could use a couple new pillows. Alex was responsive. Overall a good stay.

Everything was perfect. Tidy, cute, cozy. Owners were very communicative helpful to offer any information on the area or anything we needed for our stay. Comfort was 10/10. Would highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful in person! I'm definitely going back! The inside has so many beautiful setups that it can be used as your picture background. The interior decorator did a tremendous job setting the home up! I didn't expect the home to be big and roomy on the inside. The stairs are a major workout! Love everything about the place. My favorite is the master bathroom because of the freestanding tub.

Great location, walkable to food, shops, and activities. This is my second time booking with Sanctuary Co. and the host is very proactive and thoughtful with guests. Highly recommend to others looking in the area.

Such a cool place! So many awesome details! Beautiful! Need better instructions on how to get to the place and need an actual address number on the door to find it.

I debated on how to rate this stay. I really want to give it a 5,because it was a cute place and convenient. Unfortunately the state of cleanliness of the bedding was unacceptable. Dirty comforters with various soils/hair on them in both rooms but especially bad in master bedroom. Had we not had an in room washer and drier this would have been a much bigger issue, we still had to purchase our own detergent to clean them as it was. Having to wash your own bedding on arrival is not acceptable. Walls were paper thin but the people above us were quiet, however we could hear every footstep/water turned on/train passing. Again it was a cute place and they had nice touches like snacks and coffee available. If they fix the cleaning issue this place would have a 4 star review despite the thin walls. I did email the company and they responded nicely about agreeing this was not acceptable and talking with housekeeping.

We went for a one night stay for business in the area. The communication prior to arrival was prompt, courteous and helpful. The space more than met our expectations! It was clean and bright with comfortable furnishings. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. We would definitely stay here again!

We stay in the lofts everytime we visit Johnson City and love them!! They are always clean and comfortable with everything you need!!! There is a delicious restaurant below the lofts we love to for brunch go after our stay.
