Waterstone

I ended up chosing a different wedding venue but it was a hard choice to turn this place down. They really do have a beautiful venue. 2 big waterfalls, I love the fact they have 3 places to stay on site as well ( hobbit house, Greek cottage and treehouse) one of the main reasons I didn't choose this came down to the other venue offered more with the package ( other venue offered tables/chairs/linens/ china/tablewear/ wedding coordinator) but if your looking for a beautiful venue where you can "make it your own" this is perfect

This place is so gorgeous there are not proper words to describe it. The people that own it are so sweet and their staff is just as amazing. They made the wedding process so simple and they were there to answer all of questions and help in any way the could. The ability to set up the day before, stay that night, get married there, and then stay after the wedding made it so easy (didn't have to worry about anyone being late for hair and makeup.)

I was a guest to a wedding here and stayed the night on-site. It was so beautiful!!! The tree house we stayed in was so neat! Definitely made for excellent pictures all around! The venue was so gorgeous. I could see it being lovely in all four seasons. The hobbit house is breathtaking.

Waterstone is amazing to work with. They are fully ADA accessible which was huge for me since I am disabled and have disabled family members. I was able to use my walker around the grounds and to get up to the bridal suite and around the suite while we got ready. My family members in wheelchairs had easy access to the ceremony cite and reception! They also knew service dog laws which is HUGE for a service dog handler to not have to advocate for my rights. This place is not only stunning to get married at and the people are easy to with its a gem for accessibility to the disabled community!

One of the most beautiful and unique places to have a wedding in Johnson City. Couples come to Waterstone from all over the country to get married, and for good reason. This venue has multiple waterfalls, dreamy bridges, very unique architecture, and you can stay on site. I would highly recommend Waterstone for any couple that wants a unique and beautiful wedding experience.

We stayed in the Hobbit House AirBnB for one night. It was a great experience. We had an issue with the water heater and the host was responsive and we were able to get the issue resolved quickly. It was a beautiful view and we had a relaxing time.

This June 2024 bride would highly recommend to any bride wanting a romantic outdoor wedding without needing to travel to the other side of the world! Our photographer even mentioned that the natural setting and craftsmanship reminded her a little of Italy. This venue was a dream come true in a hundred different ways! They exceeded our expectations over and over! The staff were super professional, kind, and supportive. The only thing to note is the kind of spotty signal out on the venue, so just be careful with texts or anything. Every step in this property was gorgeous! The houses were perfect for our wedding parties before and after the ceremony. Wish we could have stayed there forever! Even when there was a bit of rain and our ceremony had to be pushed back, they were so helpful! I never had to worry! After a wild mix up, they were gracious enough to let us stay an extra night. Danielle and her team are remarkable, attentive, and generous professionals that are a pleasure to work with!

We recently did photography + videography at Waterstone Event Venue back in May. We were highly impressed with everything! Every building was incredibly unique, the ceremony spot is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen, and just the overall location of the venue is so peaceful. It definitely makes a good backdrop for photos+video for sure ;) -Radiant Mountain Media
