I Truly love this app wishing I could have knew about this app before so I could have been using this app

I am trying to discontinue my service and reclaim my domain name, however, BandVista (Echo Media) will not return my emails or phone calls. I even called the parent company to no avail. There is no option on the website to stop them billing my credit card. For others that are having similar problems, please contact the KNoxville, TN Better Business Bureau and file a report.

I have called Echo Media's phone number and it is either "mail box is full" or always drops the call on a different number! How does someone successfully contact Echo Media??

Close to 1 year ago, I emailed and telephoned left a message for Band Mix aka Echo Media to please discontinue my services and stop billing me. But I see that they are still billing me and have continued to do so for almost 1 year. for the amount of $12.95. Do the math $12.95 x 10 = $129.50 theyve collected for services Ive not used. Just a heads up for current customers and future customers thinking of using this service. Its really too bad that consumers have to jump through hoops to stop services.

Bandmix is a total rip off. If you found my review you had to do some research. They are good at hiding from public exposure and there's a reason for that.
