We provided very specific details to Suzanne for a custom website we wanted built. Several months and almost $3000 later, she attempted to shoehorn us into a $59 precanned website theme with numerous typos and dozens of other issues. After repeatedly trying unsuccessfully to get them resolved with her, she said she had run out of money and we could finish it on our own. Since it was not usable, we were left with nothing. She refused to refund any money.
