We cancelled our service with Ceatus Group in 2022 and only discovered in 2024 that we had still been charged for two years. We contacted them in July 2024 and were dealing with Brian Short, who initially responded and offered services instead of a refund. However, after requesting the money back, all communication stopped. Despite multiple emails and phone calls, we've been completely ignored. Very disappointing experience -- no accountability and poor business ethics.

I opened my private practice in 2017. I am lucky to have found Ceatus right away. They immediately worked to build my new practice through updating the website, SEO, social media and online Reviews. Over time my practice has grown steadily, and my rep John has worked closely with me throughout the process to enhance my web presence. Ceatus just launched a beautiful new website for me. I have really enjoyed working with the Ceatus Media Group. When I started working with them I was concerned that I would have to redo my whole website. They were able to work with my current website which is very important to me because of my relationship with the original designer of my website.
