Gus worked on our entire commercial network here at GKT, he redid basically our entire network from the ground up and restored our functionality completely. He is an incredibly quick and efficient worker, who's knowledge and expertise is invaluable. Would highly recommend him to anyone needing tech services!

I took my computer to GKB Tech Solutions. It was completely locked down by a scammer. I could not open my computer no matter what I tried to do. Gus, the GKB Manager, immediately started working on it. He was able to fix it and had it working perfectly so I could pick it up the same day. A few days later by phone, Gus helped me install a anitivirus software on my computer and helped me reinstall several programs I had lost when my computer was scammed. Gus was very kind and patient in answering many questions I had about my computer. The cost to fix it was very reasonable. Gus is a computer genius. To him and GKB Tech Solutions, I give a 5 star plus rating.

Took my laptop there because it was extremely slow and he was able to not only explain to me what was wrong but show me too! I was able to pick it up the next day and it works like it's brand new! I highly recommend coming here! Thank you so much for all your help!

Absolutely love this company! Gus, the owner came to my house to look at my wife's laptop! He spent almost an hour diagnosing it free of charge! We determined that the hard drive had failed. He bought a new hard drive and installed it, installed the operating software and delivered it back to us in two days! Gus is so professional and reliable and he is value for money! Any other shop would have charged a fortune but not Gus! Very reasonable and superb service! If you ever need a honest, reliable person to work on your laptop or computer call Gus! Excellent service, extremely fast, and reasonably priced. After he helped me with a factory reset glitch, he noticed my fan was broken, and fixed it. You get more than you pay for here. Easily half of what you would pay at Geek Squad or staples. Not to mention how much faster and easier to work with they are. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

I was very impressed with Gus and his knowledge, communication, and willingness to get the job done for me. I had an internet issue at my short term rental and every other person before Gus gave me the run around and told me they couldn't help me for at least a week. Gus answered the phone promptly and did a same day visit!! That's unheard of now a days. He spent a lot of time at the cabin making sure the internet was working properly so the guests could enjoy the remainder of their stay. During the turn, he came back and installed a new router, and re-programmed all my smart devices and got me back to be able to remotely monitor everything. I'll look to Gus for any future projects related to networking/technology, etc. He even went to UPS to help return my old router I bought from Amazon. If you are looking for an honest guy that does top quality work, Gus is your guy.

Great work! I brought my laptop in to get my fans replaced and have some software issues solved. After the parts came in I had it back the next day with all my problems solved. They also have very reasonable rates.
