no customer service whatsoever. I have been trying to get a hold of someone since probably July 1 and no one no one has returned my call. The last time I talked to Diane she told me that her husband had passed away and that her son was still trying to keep the business afloat. If that is so I am so sorry for their loss, but he is not doing a very good job

Do yourself a favor and avoid the middle man here if you're wanting to install Dish. We wanted to install Dish at our cabin so found a local approved retailer on the Dish website and gave Microtech a call. Diane was great to work with. We got everything signed and ready for install the next day. We're now four months into our contract and find out we are missing channels on our second receiver and none of the HD channels are working properly. I call Microtech with the issue and they said they would return my call the next morning. The next day, I get a call late in the afternoon that tech's could be there in 20 minutes and wanted to let me know there would be a service charge. Fast forward through the conversation and I find out that despite having a warranty and only having had the equipment for four months, there would be a service fee charge AND a $90 fee to replace the equipment. Terrible customer service - the owner said they can only do what Dish makes them do. Diane, who again, is lovely, apologized for their lack of customer service. I called Dish and had the problem fixed, at no charge, in less than half an hour.
