Customer Reviews & Testimonials

We live in the rural areas of Sevierville and I know it seems expensive for this service at $100 per month, but again, I am in the country and for 2 years lived off of a jet pack which only had 5 gigs of data through Verizon and when it was gone, well ... let's just say, I'm so glad we are with Quick Relay now! The service is very reliable and supplies us with all of our online and gaming needs and we are very happy with that! The only problem I do have with this service is the guys do not answer their phone when there is a problem, nor do they communicate with their customers online when there is a problem .... However, Lori does communicate through email from the office and she is very sweet, understanding, caring and takes care of the customers to the best of her ability. Face it, these are guys ... I know they own a business and sometimes they do need to deal with customer issues, but most men hate to answer phone calls and take care of things .... my suggestion, let Lori take care of the customers and give her a phone number for the customers to call ... PROBLEM SOLVED, because she is awesome! Otherwise, we are happy customers! :-)

Customer service was great. Service techs on-time & did a great job. Our service has been perfect! I work from home & high speed internet is a necessity. Even during the recent heavy wind/rain/lightning storm we had service never stopped! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Service is decent when the resorts are unoccupied. If they're occupied? It's like dialup. Technical support rarely responds to emails or messages. They do fix issues when they arise, but you don't receive updates. There's no twitter usage to help customers know what's up, nor are there outage pages or communication when things go down. It's just sketchy that the customer and resorts have to front ALL the costs for installation on our end, then pay a hefty price tag for service. Ubiquiti wimax equipment isn't that expensive on EITHER end... I don't know, it just doesn't seem right for me. Comcast ... in spite of the fact they have thousands of miles of actual cabling, can install my cable for free, and I only pay $75 per month for 100 meg internet. Why should we pay A $300 installation charge, plus $100 a month for wireless internet - when it appears he has little to no infrastructure costs on the customer's end? I may be wrong but he's making some good money!

We work from home and this internet is not reliable, its shared with thousands of fricken tourists, and we are lucky if we get 5 meg in the evening, we cannot work. I wish they could provide separate lines for locals so we have working internet past noon! They never ever answer their phones when there is an issue, which is all the time now. So why bother calling

In Sevierville, TN, this is by far the worst ISP that I have seen in a long time; it's like a third World country with a dialup rotary system to log onto the Internet. Port 80 (only open port) is the only Internet access point and this is choked down to around 1.5 Kibs to 12 Kibs at the highest rate. E-mail service (port 25 blocked off) is NOT AVAILABLE. The service personnel/owners (?) are not available or do NOT answer the phone. The business is NEVER OPEN. It's reported this Quick Relay (NOT) charges around $200 per month AND in the $200+ range for installation. It's obvious that whoever is writing reviews for this service is being paid for positive results.

Dory

One of the worst network service ever! no customer service, hardly ever anyone answer the phone if you are lucky. No internet connection over the entire weekend 3 weeks in a row can't even blame the weather and no one to take care of the issue. Should change the name to Slow and non Relay wireless. Making lots of money without good service. Terrible!!!!

Chad and Jonathan provide the highest bandwidth speed, and the great service! Kick Charter to the curb, and use Quick Relay!
