I contacted RBA, several years ago, to build and maintain a website for the Tennessee Museum of Aviation. Rich and Ray quickly created a professional website, in which they continue to maintain, providing prompt support with updating our images and content. With the Tennessee Museum of Aviation being a Veteran based attraction, it wasn't long before we knew Rich and Ray had red, white and blue blood coursing through their veins. These two men have attended numerous Veteran focused events, at the museum, tirelessly filming and photographing our "heroes." Not only do they respect our Veterans, they pour themselves into editing and producing amazing video footage and images. I would highly recommend RBA Marketing & Media. Our relationship with Rich and Ray goes back quite away. Prior to the fires Ray had assisted in computer set up and provided tech support. RBA has assisted our company over the years. They helped recover our emails that could be recovered after fire, set up a new laptop and got us back online after office computers were destroyed. Most recently RBA has been providing Video and Photography assets to our company for print and social needs. The ease of working with RBA Marketing on any project and speed of delivery is astounding. They make it so easy for files to be delivered and uploaded. We would recommend them to anyone and everyone. We currently have an ongoing project with Rich and Ray and will continue to use RBA in the future.

Rich & Ray were great to work with. The completed the job in time for me to review & edit prior to the event. They were gracious to make changes that were requested. I had them interview some people and they made the people we were working with feel comfortable and at ease. I look forward to working with them again.

We've worked with Rich and Ray on several projects for the park and appreciate their professionalism, timely turnaround on materials, friendly attitude and drive to get the best photos and video possible. They've created custom videos for our grill, as well as, fantastic B-roll footage for most of our rides and attractions that we use on our website and social media accounts. We also appreciate the support that RBA Marketing & Media has given to the Color Me Mutt 5K that's hosted at NASCAR SpeedPark. They've donated their time to the event providing us with photos and video that we can use to promote it, but even more importantly, these images become keepsake photos for many of our participants.

I had a business presentation to give to a group of 30+ academic colleagues from the SE region of the U.S. I wanted it to include raw video footage from a course I teach (which was the focus of the presentation) and use the opportunity to welcome the conference participants in the 8-minute intro during the actual conference presentation. A few weeks before the conference, Rich came to the class and very professionally carried out his recording magic while blending seamlessly into the classroom background. By the time we met to review the footage, he had already edited exactly what I had asked for in the 8-minute segment! At the conference, I started rolling footage 3 minutes prior to show time - as Rich and I discussed - and got the attention of the folks streaming in. Once 9:30 hit and the footage came to me starting the actual class. The room went silent as the attendees began to watch the first 5 minutes of the class which included them being welcomed Sevier County and east TN. I didn't need to say word-one until the video faded and my Title slide came up. The presentation was a huge hit! The entire show went off flawlessly. The video segment accomplished EXACTLY what I had hoped it would. As a result, a handful of attendees will be incorporating my teaching format into their classes. Additionally, my boss and a few colleagues were also in attendance. He (my boss) commented 3x how excellent it was. Rich's work and talents made this all possible. Thank you, Rich Benjamin!
