Customer service is terrible. Website is basically worthless for managing your service, when you call them to accomplish basic tasks, like cancelling your service they transfer you multiple times. Internet was fast and pretty reliable, the customer service was just awful and so slow when there were issues.

Dogshit service. Overcharging because they know there is no competitive service in the area. Over $100 a month for 2 mb down. Their most recent modem is terrible. It has the worst latency issues / lag spikes ever, and they wont let your switch back to old model.

THIS company is a JOKE !!! They employee and train LIERS!! Run your SS # more than once. Set service appointments then cancel them. I have been through 8 ppl, a stupidvisor, and 3 hours of calls and GRIEF, with lies from every person I spoke with. If i had pics id put them in . I may edit later. Im so ANGRY right now !! OH and ya cant post without a star

We have some wires in our backyard that are hanging too low. We would like them raised or removed altogether since we do not have a landline. Apparently these wires used to be owned by Verizon but were sold to Valor Telecom, who owns Windstream Communications. I just got off the phone with Shakira, one of the customer service agents, to get someone out to our property this week to take care of these wires. To my surprise, someone is able to come out this week to take care of it, but when I asked to please set up a time frame since I work overnight and may be sleeping during part of their normal business hours, I was told scheduling/working with the customer in any way is not an option, that they could come anytime between 8A-5P and will call 2 hours ahead of time. I tried to get her to work with me to come up with some sort of solution. She did not offer to check with anyone else to see if we could solve the problem together, and she was incredibly rude the entire time. I've never experienced anything like it. Case number 07470074

Internet keeps dropping out... June 2024 I've Tet this thing 5 times today. Customer service just sends me to India and I can't even understand what they are saying... and I'm a foreigner. How about giving us a local number that's in Texas that can actually help.

worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I have spent 7 +hours on the phone for a simple address service change and it still hasn't been rectified. I have been transferred countless times.

It's not terrible internet when it's working. It goes out constantly. Also when I started with them it was $100 a month, somehow it has creeped up to $124 a month. In fact, as I write this review the internet is down.

Horrible customer service. They blind transfer multiple times and nobody knows what's going on or how to resolve a problem. I called to order new service getting FIBER optic internet. The tech gets there to install and he stated it was DSL and not fiber optic. I called to cancel order and they had me on hold for 30 min to do so. Horrible horrible misleading company. Stay away if you can. I currently have 200 megabits per second with spectrum paying 60 and I'm moving and to west Texas and they trying to charge me 59 for 100 mps DSL. Crooks.
