DIS NIN Passport

Wonderful experience. Very professional and straightforward. The madam on the phone greeted me and was able to address my questions regarding business hours and what I would need to obtain my NIN. She also sent me a link to schedule my appointment. When I arrived the next day they were very fast in entering my information and since the next patron had not arrived and I was also interested in applying for a new passport they were willing to accommodate me. Thank you so much! I will be back to bring my son and will highly recommend their offices to others.

Honestly, not every Nige***n is bad. This is an exceptional service. I have never seen someone so polite and treat their customers with respect. The Lady is so sweet and the Boss is educated and made sure I was taken care of even when he was working remotely.

The lady (Mrs. Badaru) who processed our paperwork was very prompt, courteous, and diligent with processing both my husband and I's paperwork. When visiting the office, I had Nigerian embassy service expectations but received US Establishment service. Well done on the customer service! I'll definitely have this place in mind for other documentation processing.

Maybe you guys are paid to give review. The owner withhold self calculatory information when you trying to make an appointment. How can you charge Nigerians booking fee $20 then charge another $50 processing NIN just because you have the biometric machine. This is a reapoff guys. Why don't you state that the whole exercise will cost Nigerians $70 just NIN so that they make decisive decision before making appointment. Is okay to charge $50 but not the $20 for actually coming for the NIN appointment. This is totally wrong guys

I came here for my NIN number after going to another office in the Dallas area that was very unprofessional and made the whole process a headache. Anyone looking for passport/visa services should come here instead don't even worry about any other office. Very good place with an easy and seamless process.
