Ecropolis migrated our website to a new format. During the migration process, no input was requested from our chapter. After some research if was determined, that it was not Ecropolis' charter to contact us, but SCORE national. Once we contacted Ecropolis, they scheduled a meeting with us and were very helpful. All the changes we requested were done correctly and in a timely manner matter.

The Ecropolis Team is a group of total rockstars! They created responsive forms for collecting information during registration within another software interface - a task that sounds simple. But we've done it for years and still found them to be clunky and difficult to use in our software. They were able to go into the 'background' and make the forms so much more visually appealing and easy to complete without sacrificing any content or disrupting the workflows tied to the forms. We got almost immediate feedback about how much better the forms were, and the data we've collected from them is so much cleaner and more reliable. Plus, they were able to help me on a very short timeline. I was very impressed with their professionalism, frequent communication, and teamwork approach to meeting my needs.
