This was a really bad experience, and I don't want others to make the same mistake as I did. During the initial sales process, the director of sales and sales rep were extremely helpful, and said they would be with me every step of the way, and then the actual leads started coming in. I can tell you that the vast majority of leads are not legitimate, and once you start trying to get any type of help, the salesperson and director disappear. My point of contact Courtney was the only thing good about my experience, but the sales director and sales rep will tell you what you want to here, and then completely disappear. You will also never get out of their four month guarantee, because once they start billing you, they could care less. I also even emailed their senior leadership, and received no response at all. Don't walk away from this company, run as fast as possible. I'm sure there will be some generic response to this message, but it doesn't change the fact that they do not care about their clients, only the ability to bill them as much as possible.
Suppliers Beware - Unethical and Dishonest Business Practices If you're a vendor or supplier considering doing business with this company, please proceed with extreme caution. Their approach to partnerships is deeply unethical, highly unprofessional, and in extreme bad faith. Their sales team is aggressively pushed to close deals and get contracts signed as quickly as possible -- often making assurances and including special provisions that the company ultimately has no intention of honoring. We learned this the hard way: despite a fully executed agreement and credit card payment form submission, the sales team started laying the exit groundwork a week before our start date. Then, just one business day before we were set to go live, we were informed that they were unilaterally pulling out. The reason provided was vague, completely unexpected, unrelated to any clause in the agreement, and had never been brought up at any point during our negotiations. It was clearly a post-hoc justification to avoid honoring the special provision the sales team committed to in the contract. Efforts to escalate the matter and engage directly with upper management to get more clarity were entirely ignored -- our outreach was met with complete silence and frankly utter indifference. This lack of accountability and integrity is unacceptable. So is blatant breach of contract. This is not just poor business etiquette -- it's deliberate and dishonest behavior. Their actions reflect a complete disregard for good-faith partnerships and contractual integrity. Do not engage with this company without ironclad protections and be prepared for them to back out at the last moment. We are currently considering our legal options if for no other reason than to make sure others are never treated this way by this company.
Khiem and Bobby did an outstanding job and are fantastic representatives for 360 Connect. It was a pleasure learning from them during the presentation, and they both went above and beyond to ensure my needs were fully met during the implementation process. Extra huge shoutout to Khiem for going the extra mile! He personally gave me a call to make sure the verification email was delivered correctly and took the time to walk me through the front-end software, showing me how to start navigating it. We definitely wouldn't want those emails going to the wrong place! I'm excited to start rolling in some leads! Thanks again to both of you for your dedication and support!
360Connect has no business being in lead generation. Period. Thousands of dollars spent for 2 clients, and every interaction is more frustrating than the last. We gave them THREE opportunities to deliver as promised and not once did they. We PAID basically Call Center leads. We got: -Job Seekers -Loan Seekers -People that were clueless why we were calling, texting and emailing them -Retirees -Phone Sex Operators (Yep, still exists!) -Hung up on -Cursed out -Marketing Leads (We're not a marketing agency) -Scammers For supposedly verified, quality checked leads with recordings, the contact rate was horrendous! No QA. No accountability. And now you send us to collections? You were given an opportunity, a FOURTH one at that to get this thing moving, but instead of responding and saying "No", you went this route. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH 360Connect, you'll waste your time and money! Just read the reply from the team- Unfortunately, you've decided to turf us over to a 3rd party collections agency after Ryan apparently gave up. As for your plan of action- it was WORSE than before the issues began, so why would we want to waste MORE of our time?
UPDATE: 4/25/24 - I am updating my review from 2 star to 4 star as this company had Marina apologize to me. She did acknowledge her mistakes which I appreciate. Everyone deserves an opportunity to own their mistake and be forgiven. They also acknowledged that they don't have a service that fits my niche and business so I am hopeful they will no longer market to me as I requested as their offering does not fit my business. This company has left the worst second and third impression for me. I spoke with them over a year ago and appreciated my original sales rep Ryan but he said they were not able to get leads based on my very specific criteria. Meanwhile, they have a sales rep Marina that reaches out consistently and I respond explaining previously they were not able to help and I asked if they are now able to meet my criteria. I have emailed her multiple times, left a message and Marina does not have the common courtesy to respond. I value communication and beyond disappointed how they have no decency to acknowledge my multiple emails and voicemail. I get an email may get missed in today's environment but multiple emails and voice mail with no response. Sorry 360 Connect but you need to have sales reps that acknowledge communication and update your CRM so you don't solicit those you can't help.
If I could leave a zero I would. This company promises one thing and delivers another. Literally everything I was told did not come to pass. I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction with the leads yet the continue to bill. They push through a bunch of "leads" at the end of the billing cycle so they can continue to charge my card. This company is not reputable and certainly does not delivery the service it promises.
Unfortunately sales staff use lying as a tactic to make a sale/ bring on a client. Called stating they had spoken to the owner and was advised to talk with me. All of our calls are recorded (which is clearly stated when you call our office) so that definitely didn't happen. "David" was rude, interrupted me consistently and ultimately hung up on me abruptly when I stated his company had been calling us for the last 2 years and we are not interested in their services. This happens every few months and not matter how many times we ask, they will not stop calling.
