Big Gorilla Design has done a wonderful job on my website design, my SEO and other online marketing. They've been very easy to work with. They're responsive and they do what they say they will do. I've been working with Big Gorilla for a little over a year now, and this review is well overdue. For anyone looking for an amazingly talented group of professionals who can produce results, they are the group for you.

I can't say enough about Monica and Big Gorilla designs. After many bad experiences and trying a million different marketing companies I was feeling frustrated and hopeless. I am a small business, which makes finding any one is willing to help even harder. Then I found Monica. She is responsive, smart, good at what she does and truly cares. If something isn't going right she spends extra time and effort and doesn't give up easily and she thinks outside the box. I have been having particularly big issues with business since covid and she has really gone out of her way to help. Thanks Monica for everything.

We reached out to several graphic designers to help our educational Non-Profit, Junior Achievement of Central Texas create a fantastic graphic for our event t-shirts for a fundraiser. Monica responded and we could not have been more pleased! She agreed to create two graphics for our partner, H-E-B, to choose from and she/ Big Gorilla even sponsored the majority of the fee! H-E-B loved the shirts. One of the stores got back in touch with me because they loved the shirts so much that they are wanting to use Big Gorilla for their store event shirts. They were so professional, creative and were over all very happily responsive if we needed expedited edits or additions quickly. We've worked with Big Gorilla for a while now, both on our website and marketing, in particular SEO & PPC. They are a great company with integrity, something that's hard to find nowadays. They did an incredible job on our web design and have helped us grow our business over the years. This is definitely a talented group. Very happy to have found them when I did, as I had been through multiple companies before them. Some were ok, but most of the time it is very hard to find a company that follows through & gets the results you need (I've been doing this for a long time.) I feel like my company gets the attention it deserves, and the results are clear. They are a true diamond in the rough, so to speak.

This review is a long time coming. Initially, I met with the owners of the company after having come off some negative experiences. My last web designer didn't listen to what I wanted at all, and I was left with a website that did not work for my company. Business dropped, leads floundered - it was simply not a good situation. I have also had sub par experiences with internet marketing companies, from whom I was regularly promised the world and had relatively little delivered. Upon meeting the owners, however, they still managed to impress an old skeptic like me with their knowledge, expertise, and a key element for me - that they really listened. Big Gorilla Design created a website for me, which not only do I love, but it's gotten wonderful feedback from clients and prospective clients. While working with them, they helped me solidify and strengthen my brand and I've since given them aspects of my marketing and advertising to handle, and on all fronts I've been completely impressed by this company. I also felt that their pricing was reasonable compared to some other agencies in the area. If you need a strong and talented design team and great internet marketing (and who doesn't?), then this is the company you should hire.

Big Gorilla is the best. They are smart, honest, helpful, knowledgeable, and unpretentious. They are easy to communicate with and do a wonderful job. It's hard to find people like them in this business. Couldn't recommend more.
