Over the course of my 25-year career in marketing, Monkee-Boy is by far the best vendor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Their process is a well-oiled machine with unmatched customer service. The team took our vision and made it come to life with the website they designed and built for us. We engaged Monkee-Boy to work with us on a complete web overhaul. After getting bids from multiple web dev/design firms, we landed on MB for a few reasons. 1) Their discovery process from the beginning was not only organized, but met the needs of our creative and project management teams. The documentation and quick communication helped us get a handle on the whole project from the beginning. 2) Halfway through our engagement, we had a few changes that required us to pivot. The MB team was very flexible and adaptive. This was necessary for the project's success. 3) Though we had numerous options for the CMS backend, we chose to implement Monkee-Boy's proprietary CMS, M-pire. It's user friendly, easy to teach our team, and allows for customization that might have proven difficult with other Enterprise CMS systems. Aaron and the team at Monkee-Boy are great partners and we love our site! I couldn't recommend them more.
