I got run around between 3 or 4 people. I kept trying to explain that there was already an antenna installed at my location, but couldn't seem to get anyone to understand that I only needed a very minimum install. They still wanted to charge me full install price. Then when I had altered my schedule to meet their tech, I wasn't notified that their tech had "called in" until over halfway through the day. They wanted to reschedule for 5 days later. I decided to spend my money else where and bought a Jetpack through Verizon. Overall I was very underwhelmed, they seem to be operating this company from cell phones, and seemed very disorganized and unprofessional.

Bad customer service skills and internet was down more than up. No communication when service was down. Report issue and sometimes no response or days before hear back from them. Now that I have cancelled my service 3 months ago and my account not available charged my credit card $150 without my authorization...I have disputed charge with my credit card company. No help from anyone at Nexgen I was sent copy of contract that I didn't sign. Be careful with your credit card.

Craftsmanship and installation were crooked and sloppy. Also, the owner ripped us off and did $1100 worth of damage to our brand new metal roof. This owner was explicitly instructed that he did not have permission to drill into this roof, but he allowed it anyway. Can't get him to pay for damages. Beware of this company unless you like slipshod work. This company is not even worthy of one star.

When it works it's fine. But Heaven forbid you need customer service- which you will need regularly but won't get. Been out for 3 days I've tried contacting 6 or 7 times on every platform available. Absolutely no contact and now it's a Holiday weekend. If I wasn't stuck needing internet I would change companies in a heartbeat. Very frustrating. And don't expect a credit or anything for the days you're not getting any service - which is what you pay for by the way but don't receive.

Absolutely pleased with Nex Gen WISP!!! Awesome customer service, awesome speed. My daughter is in online school and we finally have fast, reliable internet service! I couldn't be happier! We are finally able to stream movies now too and on multiple devices at the same time, we couldn't with our old service.

We have absolutely loved our experience using NEXGEN! We live in a spot where we only had dsl available- Ans as soon as we started receiving services from NEXGEN- our internet speeds increased like crazy!! We couldn't stream on more than one device at a time, and now we can watch something on every device in the house! We have only had issues with service maybe two or three times, and we've sent messages to Trevor, and it's been taken care of within MINUTES, not days or hours like other providers. 10/10 will always recommend!!!

Awesome customer service and speed. We just moved into our new home and searched everywhere online for the best internet service in our area. Unfortunately the only isp i kept getting referred was satelite internet and well it wasn't the best. I came across NexGen Wisp but wasn't sure what type of internet service it actually was at the time. Once I received my email and schedule my appointment and when Trevor came out then explained to me how his internet service worked I was hooked. The speed is phenomenal and the customer service from Trevor was excellent recommend nexgen to anyone in this area that needs internet service with excellent customer service. Give them a call.

Customer service was great. The technician was fast and efficient. It rained alot the last few days and he made sure his feet were clean before entering my home. He took his time and made sure I was satisfied before he left.
