Everything was amazing. Michael offered a deal I couldn't pass up. He checked in frequently up until my actual promotion day. The date ended up shifting once and Michael had no issues with the change. The day before the promotion, Michael went by the venue to survey thing and suggested more lighting. On the day of the promotion ceremony, Michael arrived early and set up some additional unobtrusive lighting and took some test shots. Our unit public affairs cameraman was also on site and after seeing Michael's setup, just suggested we just use Michael's photos. The pictures were available that night. They turned out wonderful. I'm not used to being in front of the camera and feel kind of awkward when I am, but the photos turned out great. Everything I wanted was captured. There were plenty to post to Facebook. I am definitely and pleased with the services this company has provided and look forward to using them again in the future.
