Comfort Inn & Suites

My husband and I stayed here almost 2 weeks while he was working here in town. The staff was very friendly and took care of any issues that we had promptly. A room was clean when we arrived and the towels were very nice for the price of the hotel. Our room was on the same side of the hotel as the interstate so it was a little bit loud, which was to be expected.

Good place to stay. Room was clean quiet and pretty spacious. Samantha at the front was accommodating and super easy to speak with. It does make a difference having great customer service on enjoying a stay when you're traveling. She gave me ideas on places to go around town and some good places to grab a bite to eat. I'm sure I'll stay here the next round I come through town.

I love their pillows!! Breakfast was good, my favorite part is the Texas waffles. The kids love it! Samantha, at the front desk is so friendly! She has been amazing with us and answered all of my questions. Hotel was quiet and the room was clean. This is our go to every time we stay in town.

Bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast not impressed they had several signs of not having items like coffee and waffles. I just stuck to an enclosed yogurt.

Horrible experience. The water in the toilet looked like it had urine in it. Flushed it a few times and the water was still yellow. Filled up the bathtub and the water looked yellow like urine as well. Turned on the faucet in the sink and yellow water again. Room had cheap thin curtains and a cheap curtain rod. My room window was right next to the DK so car lights and store lights were shining in my room all night. I am traveling alone and did not feel comfortable because the security lock was broken. Will never book here again.

Choice Hotels (I travel regularly) has become a roll of the dice. This one did have a good bed. But I asked for ice and got "all ice machines broken" (I paid $99 for no ice?) At breakfast I saw four people, realized they were waiting for the woman to get food. I had a yogurt, then asked the ill-mannered woman if the sausage was coming. I got a grunt. Sausage cane, 4 sausages for five men. Standing around I was the lucky first in line. A family with children arrived, grunting lady grunted again. I will say the bed was nice. Since breakfast and ice are big reasons I no longer do the cheap motels I expect more from Choice. Didn't pass with this one Choice, you get a "D."

Easy to get to and easy to leave. Bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. What more could you ask for from a hotel?

Great Atmosphere, service, and breakfast. I love the king suits and the bedding is awesome....
