Corporate Hospitality Housing - Big Spring

Conveniently located and easy access to I-20. Property is very well maintained, rooms are clean, guest laundry works great, staff is very personable and friendly. The updated dining area is very nice, lots of options every day. The newly remodeled gym/fitness area is very nice, overall great experience.

The rooms are on, they are spacious but their cleaning schedule is awful. Once a week if your lucky and this last time around I was having issues with the electric door lock not working properly. Reported it 4xs until it was finally looked at and replaced. Shouldn't have to go through that

Ms Sonya is amazing!! She always has the best attitude and is the most fun every time we come to the galley food is ready and she always treats us with the upmost respect she needs a raise!

Rooms smell kinda old, but they are good, tvs are outdated. But better than other man camps.

Food is great Mario the chef is always very attentive goes above and beyond and so is the rest of the staff always very accommodating thank you all very much

Not a bad location to stay, expect old decor, older beds and exterior facing entry doors.....gives it a "motel" like feel. Room was relatively clean: there was a bit of dust/lint inside the room-vent in bathroom, and dust on the top of headboard and on top of the TV and mirrors. shows housekeeping is not cleaning good enough. Also noticed watermarks on the flat surfaces from being cleaned... yes clean, but was not wiped completely dry leaving the residue from cleaning agent behind......the mirrors had spots also....... Room phone was very old and sticky from being wiped with cleaning agent so many times and not really "clean"..........Finally there is a train gong by (near) once every hour or so and is quite loud..........be prepared. Overall would come back if there are not rooms available at better venue's....

This hotel is nothing fancy just your typical old fashion hotel. Outside rooms which gave me the creeps since a number of guys were leaning on the railing watching us unpack. The room it's self was 1 room with an opening into another room. One room had a bed dresser with tv leading into the bathroom. Other room had couch, tv on dresser, table and chairs, mini fridge and sink. Kind of odd. The staff was friendly and efficient!!! The whole hotel could use a make over
