Hangar 25 Air Museum

I appreciated the introduction from the attendant. The museum is not really big but it's full of history. The two cockpits that are available to sit in were great. I'm glad I stopped in, and they have this free to the public.

We stayed overnight as a Harvest Host member. Then I visited the museum in the morning. What a great display and an opportunity to crawl into a cockpit of a B52! The staff was informative and friendly. They really welcome you! The parking spot was perfect. Flat, quiet and well lit with security lighting. We were among four other RV's.

This is a great little museum that we found partially by accident. The staff is friendly and helpful. The aircraft are well maintained and there are two cockpits to sit in, an A-10 and a B-52. It's a good place to stop and learn a little of the history of the Army Airforces (WWII) and the Air force (Korea and Vietnam). Plus it's free! Definitely recommend a stop here.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hangar 25! A great Harvest Host location with a tribute to military aviation. Tons of space for our big RV. Easy access. Thank you!

Fantastic museum and staff. They were so welcoming. We stayed here through Harvest Hosts and loved it. Would stay here again. The museum is a beautiful restoration of the old AFB. Getting to go inside the cockpit of an old B-52 was amazing. It's a must visit museum if you're in Texas.

Great stop. Quiet airport. Really nice renovation done recently. Free admission. Make a donation to keep this place open.

Super friendly and represents a piece of American history. They have a B52 cockpit available to interact with that really lit up my boys faces! Great place to visit!

Beautifully restored hangar with an impressive array of planes and other war artifacts. My son loved sitting in the B52 Bomber! I loved the recreation of the chapel that included a massive stained glass window. Great gift shop and the hostess was VERY knowledgeable and friendly!
