Broadwaves Communications

Remote internet definatly has challanges, after 4 years with Broadwaves and their less than great customer support, high latency, less than 4 mbs on a 8mbs plan for $95/month, we have finaly had enough of them. Every time we would complain they would push our service back to what we were paying for then slowly over time lower it again to the point it would not even stream the lowest quiality of videos. Thay also continued to add users in our area without regard to the the overall demand furhter reducing its capabalities. Each time I called, they were always ready with an excuse but never a fix to improve performance. Dont waste your time here, there are better more reliable options out there that are more effective and reliable.

Recently got Broadwaves installed for rural area internet. The speed of the connection has been great so far (by far exceeds Hughes Net). Staff were in active communication with us during the entire process. Very happy with the overall customer service and service of the internet!

I have been a customer since 2002 and recommend Broadwaves to anyone that asks me about internet service. I am so very satisfied with their service. I have only had to call them about a problem 3 or 4 times in 19 years and that speaks for itself.

Looking back on it over the last 15 years of continual service from Broadwaves ISP I don't recall any time that if a problem arose I was not back up and running same day. The staff has always answered day n night when I've called with issues and always did everything possible (even visiting) to correct the issue. As you can guess I'm not the most affluent on a computer...lol...by far hands down best customer service in the area!

Wife works from home on internet without any issues. I stream all day when I'm home while she's working and never any issues. Have an upper package and still pay less than what I had in town and lot easier to talk to than a robot on the phone. Highly recommend. All my neighbors will too.

I've been dealing with Broadwaves since right after we opened our business. I can say that I've never had an issue that they didn't handle immediately. People ask all the time where to internet in the country. I always tell them to call broadwaves. Can't go wrong.

Best Service in the area, after trying few other providers, must say FAV & has been flawless for me and my FAM.... Esp. during this high demanding time and needs result of COVID. We've Broadwaves internet service for several years now - it's nice to have dependable internet that you can rely on, especially now as someone who works from home full-time due to COVID. I would highly recommend Broadwaves to anyone in the area who needs reliable service.
