Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Absolutely awful company. Service is good but, Arrive internet seems to have different pricing for each area they service. They literally charge double in my neighborhood than what they charge the apartment complex one block way from me and seem to think that is ok. They even have a whole other set of pricing for another neighborhood in the same city. They are nothing short of price gouging me and my neighbors. Notice their prices are not in their website. This is obviously because they don't want to be transparent. If you have another choice and service providers, I would consider going with someone else. This company will rip you off.apartment pricing and my pricing in photos. Same neighborhood. The apartments have 100 units. Our neighborhood has 600 homes that contribute $300 per home per year to their infrastructure through our HOA on top of being charged double and all they had to say was the apartments put up money more upfront. That is not possible when using simple math. In response to the owners reply. NO! You're in violation of your contract and me and my neighbors are reporting you to the appropriate outlets. For various reasons. Look out!

My neighborhood recently learned that the apartment complex located in our neighborhood is charging residents 50% LESS for fiber internet plans that are either equal to or more Mbps. When residents called to renegotiate their bill, Arrive Internet explained that the apartment complex is providing "more money" toward the fiber infrastructure in our neighborhood than the residents in the HOA. This is the same infrastructure our HOA footed the bill for prior to the apartment complex being in our subdivision. When I asked if the company would be willing to renegotiate the contract with the HOA, they said no and wouldn't let me talk with someone higher than Juan the Sales Manager. While I do not expect to have the same prices as areas of Bryan or even other areas of College Station, I do think I should have similar prices as my neighbor next door, who in this case, is the apartment complex. Especially since they are benefiting off the same infrastructure. Needless to say, while I love supporting local businesses, I can tell you I will no longer be supporting this one. I plan on filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office as well as the FCC for their lack of consistent pricing and moving to Starlink.

This has to be the worse internet provider I have ever had. The internet is going out at least once a month at this point. I would love to use any other internet provider, but have to use this place. There is never any reason given for the outages all of the time. Never had to deal with a provider like this, and look forward to moving so I won't have to deal with them again.

My apartment made me switch to Arrive internet from Xfinity and that was the worst mistake the apartment complex staff could have made. The speeds are fine when they work but the constant random outages at all times (however the outages are mostly between 12:00am-4:00am). For reference this is how my experience has been for the last year and a half with them. If I was able to switch I would in a heartbeat. AVOID THIS INTERNET COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. (For the time being at least. Date posted 11 March 2025)

Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. I moved into an apartment over a week ago and have been attempting to contact Arrive to set up my wifi WEEKS before I moved in as it is the only wifi in my complex. Either A, nobody picks up the phone and I'm on hold for 30 minutes. Or B. The rare occasion that someone does answer it's nobody helpful and all they can do is "take a message and someone will reach out". At this point I have been calling for weeks and not a single person has reached out. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I'm not one to ever complain about anything but this is absolutely ridiculous. I've been calling every single day for the past almost 2 weeks now and not a single person has been able to help. NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

When CEO ran fiber to our neighborhood, I was ecstatic. I paid the large install fee. Was pretty rock solid. Not sure what's happened lately. Two weekends ago we were down and despite multiple calls on my part, no one called back. I'm up early and work a lot before everyone else wakes up. The last several weeks, I lose signal middle of the night. I have to hot spot to ATT from 4am until maybe 8 or 9. One tech suggested it was my router. Which is new and up date. At this point my frustration is high enough, looked around for other solutions. Wireless companies are offering a wireless module that has good download speeds that work off the cell signals. Have one coming and if it works, I'm good. $47/mo. Most of us survived easily on 75-100 mbs speeds. Stream a movie. Surf the web. 20 will do tbh. And then there's always StarLink (similar price as arrive). Something happened here when CEO sold or changed names. I'd avoid until you see a bunch of 5 star reviews. Won't happen however. Most people only write reviews when we are fed up. One other point. If you run a Speedtest and it auto selects the CEO server, it's impressive. Just change the server to something non-CEO and see what your speeds really are. That really feels sketchy.

Arrive has been pretty terrible. It is over priced for the same service in other regions and reliability is horrendous. They claim fiber but provide the same garbage service as any cable company in the area... except you can't even go to another cable company because they are the sole monopolistic supplier. In another part of town I have 500 symmetric fiber service that, to my knowledge, has had zero service interruptions in a year and a half. In my prior home in another state I had 1 GB symmetric for 75% the price as their 200 up 50 down service and in the 28 months I lived there and worked from home I had one single service interruption that lasted 1 hour. In the 3 months I have lived at my current address and used arrive I have had 3 complete days without internet. Working from home this is unacceptable, it is simply unsustainable to continue this. The moment competitors move into the area arrive is going to see an exodus because of the unfair monopolistic practices they have been employing to get and keep customers. And based on what we are seeing it's not single users losing internet, it's the entire neighborhood. Add to that their website is so horrendously made you cannot even get to outage statistics or information to diagnose whether you need to call or simply wait for them to solve the problem. The rates they are charging are not consistent with fiber nationwide, the packages they are providing are not consistent with fiber nationwide. They have fiber infrastructure and they are using the monopolistic, sole source provider relationship with these HOAs to push fiber identically to cable. I encourage anyone coming to the arrive reviews to compare arrive rates to rates of fiber competitors even across town for similar services. You will quickly learn that arrives product offers are horrendous compared to their competitors at face value and they tend to be the only provider in massive new housing developments where the HOA makes decisions without any homeowner inputs that are then locked in to exclusive partnerships for 5-10 years allowing these predatory anti competition business practices to occur

Nobody knows what's going on when it's time to figure out why your service is the only one down. 6 calls in one day for someone to tell me that probably my box shorted and now I have to wait until tomorrow to get it resolved. I work from home so yeah you guys are just a horrible inconvenience
