My neighborhood recently learned that the apartment complex located in our neighborhood is charging residents 50% LESS for fiber internet plans that are either equal to or more Mbps. When residents called to renegotiate their bill, Arrive Internet explained that the apartment complex is providing "more money" toward the fiber infrastructure in our neighborhood than the residents in the HOA. This is the same infrastructure our HOA footed the bill for prior to the apartment complex being in our subdivision. When I asked if the company would be willing to renegotiate the contract with the HOA, they said no and wouldn't let me talk with someone higher than Juan the Sales Manager. While I do not expect to have the same prices as areas of Bryan or even other areas of College Station, I do think I should have similar prices as my neighbor next door, who in this case, is the apartment complex. Especially since they are benefiting off the same infrastructure. Needless to say, while I love supporting local businesses, I can tell you I will no longer be supporting this one. I plan on filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Office as well as the FCC for their lack of consistent pricing and moving to Starlink.

Arrive Internet/CEO Technologies seems to have weaponized incompetence they have been the worst ISP I've ever used, even worse than Comcast in the mid-2000s. The service is overpriced, likely because of contracts they make with the HOA, which somehow allows them to be the only provider in the neighborhood, creating a monopoly. I currently pay $130 a month for internet. With Optimum, I paid $70 for the same plan--and I didn't have to pay an extra $30 to the HOA for a base internet plan I don't even use and to my knowledge cannot cancel. Despite paying $130 a month, the service barely works for more than a few days at a time without major packet loss or complete disconnections. When I requested a technician to diagnose the issue, I was told the fee could range from $70 to $170. For those prices, I expect to be taken to dinner first. Before signing up in May, I inquired about symmetrical service and was told by a representative that it wouldn't be a problem, and they would call me back soon. Unsurprisingly, no one called. After months of following up, I finally received a call in September, saying that symmetrical service would be available "in a month tops." After waiting a month and hearing nothing, I called again, only to be told by a different representative that symmetrical service wouldn't be available for several years. This is strange, considering the FCC broadband map shows that Splice LLC, a subsidiary of Arrive Internet/CEO technologies, claims to offer 1000 Mbps download and upload via fiber to this house and others in the area. Edit: in response to the owner's comment, I would like to add that I was never given the opportunity to provide the logs to the customer service team. I was however able to read off times and dates of outages and packet loss events. That was followed by the reps offering me pricing for a technician.

If there was a less than 1 star review, I would give it. We've had multiple outages or short interruptions over the last two weeks to a month. Support has taken multiple messages and said tickets are being opened and looked into with no follow up. It's become bad, really bad. The price is crazy high for Frontier level of service, which is ironic because the owner of the company told me to my face that Frontier was bad in comparison.

CEO Technologies has a joint venture with Caldwell communities and supplies Internet to The Highlands community under 'Wellcom'. There have been several FCC complaints submitted by residents as Internet has been unreliable. The company also refuses to reimburse Clients for times of no service so we are forced to pay for Internet we don't even have. For those of us who work remotely the unreliable internet where we've had several days now of 4+ hour outages impacts our work performance and also increases child care charges when I have to work over to meet deadlines etc. This company has exclusivity rights with our neighborhood and they need to end now so that we have the freedom to choose. And I'll let you know I'm never choosing Wellcom (CEO Technologies) again as an Internet provider.

Since CEO took over my account a few months ago I've mostly experienced mid level service at best. I have spent over $500 getting the equipment installed and reception hasn't been much better until I bought Wi-Fi boosters @40/ea for 3 rooms in my house. My service went out this weekend-they came to fix yesterday and it was the outside radio. I get a past due bill at 8:02 pm tonight saying I owe them $107 for yesterdays work of which no one said anything when they left yesterday. I'm confused. Do I own the equipment? If not, and it went out due to bad weather then why am I responsible for upkeep. Is that in our contract? Worst communication of customer service I have ever experienced. Additionally I should get credit for 3 days of no service.

CEO Technologies internet is awful, plain and simple. Our neighborhood is stuck in a contract with CEO/Arrive, otherwise I would have switched long ago. Their prices are double any other ISP we have used in the past 20 years, and there are frequent outages. The speed test results directly on our router were 10-20% lower than what we're paying for. The website portal is terrible: you are unable to make ANY changes to your plan, view your usage (for the data limited plans) OR even see what plan you're on!. And worst, they have deceptive and dishonest pricing. They don't list their plans or prices online, since the prices vary from neighborhood to neighborhood for the same internet service!! Update: I would give them 0 stars if possible. We switched to a lower cost internet plan to save money, and verified that our bandwidth is now reduced, but we are still getting billed for the older more expensive plan! What a racket!! Make sure to check your bill if you switch plans, otherwise you too will get swindled!

Timber goes above and beyond and excels in true customer service. I haven't found anyone with customer follow up for years! He truly is willing to put customers first and is quick to call and make sure his customer has resolution. If I could give him more than five stars I would.

Haven't even had my service connected and I'm having a terrible experience. Was quoted $300 for wire tap in January and $99 start up fee. Now when I call early March to pay to have it done they tell me it is $350 and a $99 set up fee. I confirmed with my builder in January that it was supposed to be a $300 fiber tap and $99 set up. When I call Skylar only says that's what he quoted originally and there has been no change in pricing. I hope they're quick to set up cause when I called two days ago to set up I was told I would get a call same day to schedule it to be done. Still haven't received that call. No one seems like they want to help sound like they hate what their doing when I talk to them.
